Next time you do a show in Vegas, can you plan for 2-3 evenings instead of just 1? I'm sure that more people would love to see you in Vegas, if there are more chances. The tickets were sold out before I could secure 3.
It’s always the nods to subtle stereotypes that get me. The 16-year-old spinning the keys around his fingers for absolutely no reason 😂 how is that exactly what a 16-year-old would do
Chile I don't blame u. Jesus died at 33 maybe u can ask him to pick u up the since he left and checked out at that age too. 🥴 cuz I wanna go too on my 33rd 🙃
I'm 31 and i feel more terror that optimism. It feels like for the first time in my life getting old is not something that is gonna happen in the future but that is actually happening right now. 🤣🤣😭😭
@@VioletJoy It is not about good health, it is about good attitude. Your body will deteriorate, it is to be expected with the aging process. It is what you do with that knowledge. I have health issues that are shortening my life, I am in pain everyday, I have 3 specialist that I see on the regular but I am grateful because I just found out that everything I am doing is working (for now) and I can go another 4 months without dialysis. When I said everything gets better as you get older, I meant that the world comes into focus and your perspective changes. With so much experience behind us, I guess it is a personal choice how to use that and view the world.
I turned 40 years yesterday. I told my 17 year old I’m now 40 and a little bummed. He said I need to see the good thing in this. When asked for an example he said he couldn’t think of anything. 😕 Thanks son.
Well, at the very least, you can help prevent him from making mistakes you made when you were his age, although as a parent, i expect that you have done and will do a lot more than that
For my 30th birthday, I celebrated 30 times. Every week or two I went to a museum, new restaurant, or special local event. It was a good way to celebrate living. I plan doing it again for 40!
@@SarahDenike-kq8nj yes of course! I was being funny....also have had nothing but health issues for the 2 years leading up to 40. So different for each of us :)
All pretty accurate except the 80+. My father's going to be 94 in 10 days. Shopping a novel with agents and publishers, attending all of his activist meetings in person and via Zoom, married to his 3rd wife and they live completely independently in their own home, they're flying out to California in June for my sister's 60th birthday, he goes out for a walk every day except when it's raining, and then he does 2 flights of stairs 10X. . .and after 2 years of a pandemic, he's always in a very upbeat mood. And has about 6 ideas as to how to celebrate his upcoming birthday with the rest of us. None of which include anyone wiping his butt, or grinding up his meals to liquid form, or spending too much time lying in bed.
@@Kev27RS if u assumed I was suicidal... no that's not the case. Suicidal means you want to kill yourself. I assure you I have no desire in doing such a condemning thing to myself. I don't hate myself. I just look forward to the day my savior Jesus raptures us up so that we can be in eternal greatness and not be in this ratchet world. We can look forward to death and departing from our sinful nature while simultaneously not wanting to cause self harm where it it forces death upon oneself.
As a November baby I was insanely proud of the fact that my 18th birthday fell on Election Day. Even though it was an off year and the only voting was for local stuff. Funny thing was I was still 18 on the next Election Day (my birthday falling later in that week). So, I legally voted twice when I was 18.
I felt the same way! I’m a early November baby too & as I was approaching adulthood id always say my bday is around Election Day lol, like I was so sophisticated 🤓🧐🤣
That's so cool! When I turned 18, it was a midterm election that year. After I voted, the guy announced that I was 18 and it was my first time voting and everyone applauded hahaha Gotta love small towns lol
You skipped me 😱 I will be 40 this year. I make a point not to dread milestone birthdays but it’s hard when my doctor recommended I start getting mammograms and an episode of The Office made me realize I’ll be crossing the threshold for ageism lawsuits 😑
My parents felt the same way! They're two years apart, but their birthdays are super close otherwise, so they'd do big trips when my Dad was, for example, 41, and my Mom was 39.
Ageism at 40? People can still work for a good 15 to 20 years after 40. Bonus though as the boomers age out Gen X and Millenials won't be kicked out due to age because there won't be enough younger people to replace us.
LOL - so accurate!!! My grandchildren have informed me also: no clothes or college money for birthdays...I can give them other times of the year but not for birthdays...or Christmas. 😁 On the flip side, last week I took my mother out for breakfast on her 97th birthday. The waitress put a candle in her toast. I told her to make a wish and she said she wanted to continue living her great life (she has dementia) and hoped that I lived that long too. I told her it was her wish, but that I didn't want to live that long! Can't even imagine it!
@@juliepetersen7974 I'm 67 and in great health (I still turn flips off the diving board...my grandchildren love it) but I don't want to live to be 97. My great health won't last forever.
For my 30th I decided to go BIG so I went on a solo 20 day trip to Europe. It was freaking amazing. I fully recommend just saying fuck it and doing something memorable once you hit a significant milestone.
"More like 30 and sturdy" I'm dead 🤣 My friend and her husband have the same birthday and are hitting the big 30 next year, so we're all going to Cabo. Keepin' those young vibes I guess and I'm here for it 🙌🏻
*Birthdays are just another day at this point. When youʼre a kid, birthdays are great.* _But when youʼre an adult... You even forget that itʼs your birthday._
*only for fans over 18 years old* LOVEME.UNO/AGNEZ He's the person I love, he's my light day. The way the music flows and sounds is extravagant and fun. Anna is icon, legend, beautiful girl, princess, inspiration, a star. I could go on and on, understand this. #垃圾.
I recently started requesting my birthday off work, I'm usually due for a break around that time anyways. Especially if it's mid-week, that's the best, go on a hike, no crowds 👌🏻
On my 40th birthday I was at a doctors appointment. I was sitting on the paper covered bed waiting for my doctor when I got a phone call from life alert wanting to know if I needed to sign up. I was already feeling upset about the birthday age so I bursted into tears. Then the doctor walked in and asked what was wrong. I said I’m old and cried. He laughed and patted my head 😂😂
I know people who went off on their 30th birthdays as a last hurrah. Its the 26-29 that just feels like limbo. I just celebrated my 26th and ordered in Thai food and cookies and called it a night.
I noticed 23-28 went by in a blink so I started making a bucket list every year with 20 things on it that can be added to or carried over. Mine usually has an emphasis on trying new things because I'm not very adventurous so I have to push myself (in a good way) and I have a few friends that are more outgoing, so that helps. After the last two years the list has gotten LONG.
It’s what you make of it. I just turned 28 but feel as much of a lunatic as ever. Basically if you act old… you are old. If you continue to do fun things, and act young, you feel young. Liven up boys, we’ve got a long way to go. Let’s not look back at our twenties and regret it because we were acting like we were in our forties lol

My great-granddaddy was like that he had dementia and was 97-98 he was grumpy but had such kind face lmao My great grandma, 94-95, didn't really care she said whenever the lord calls them she will be ready and luckily they both passed away in their sleep in their favorite spots a year or two apart ❤️
I can personally confirm that Trey is WAY FUNNIER in real life with his comedy show…so if you like his vids, go check him out in person! Dude is hilarious
@@Ladymusicc HAPPY 30!!! (I will tell *anyone* how much it gets better. I’m 35 now and I’m just excited to get to 40 cause I heard it gets EVEN BETTER 🤣💀❤️). It’s insanely more awesome than being in your 20s.
Turning 56 on the 31st. This part of adulting sucks!! One kid is on his own and financially stable, one kid is apparently going to be a life long student and is still draining the bank account. My parents are in their 80"s and I've become the parent in the relationship. I have to sure they eat, take their meds, make it to doctor appointments, and handle their finances. My brother handles their household chores, making small repairs, mowing the grass, etc. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
My 4 year old is definitely starting to care about his birthday! So fun to watch! Even though sometimes it's a lot of pressure to live up to his expectation.
@@ctawzer so true. We went to a party where they had rented out a hall and had a bounce house and a giant table piled with presents. My son’s birthday was two weeks later. 😩 Luckily, he’s an easygoing kid and was still happy about just meeting some friends at the park and eating cupcakes. 😂
LOL, I'm gonna be 30 in a couple of weeks and that's exactly what I tried telling myself...."I'm ready for this decade"😅 because it helps with the fact that I remember being 18 like it was yesterday 😬🥺 lol
This is Trey’s wheelhouse. The nods to subtle stereotypes is IMPECCABLE. Like the 16-year-old spinning the keys around his fingers. I would not think of this characteristic to portray a teen, but somehow we ALL can pictures teens, especially newly driving, doing this 😂 It’s just flawless.
30 hit hard! Got COVID! Lost a pregnancy! Bought a van and paid it off! Moved back to my home state! Moved into a rental house that had a tub that leaked into theliving room and it didn't get fixed for 4 months! Got my first walker and wheelchair! High school reunion...yeah I'm unemployed and disabled but don't qualify for either so I just say "Cat Mom" and what my spouse does.
Sometimes I so miss my 'misspent youth'! I like to think I gained (some?) wisdom and might worry less about my late 20's and all of my 30's really. Just float longer, idk. You hit the nail on the head with this one, Trey!! I guess 45 is gonna kick ass? Grateful for a healing body, my daughter, a career... 20 and 30 somethings, especially the young women--please don't overly freak out about the future. See the world, try all the things, make something beautiful, stay curious, be selfish. Your future will come in it's own time. In the 90's- early aughts, ok we were sometimes slackers but we made a new way and used our creativity, it's all happening for you now and the younger generation already. It will be ok, blow out the candles every year❤ Edit: why the strike-through? I have no idea, but the sentiment remains true. Too old for tech
After 29 I started having "Anniversaries of my 29th birthday" that lasted for longer than I thought it would. I was excited to turn 40 though. I thought I'd feel more grown up by then. I'm almost 3 years into my 40's and I still have no idea what I'm doing

Love it! Though I think you should talk to my grandma about her 80th. She rocked the coconut bra and was dancing with her inflatable joke walker. 80 never looked so good. 🤣
Honestly at the age of 11 I was pretty much done celebrating my birthday, I thought it was stressful, noisy, tiring, and that there were too many people. I knew I was as introvert from a pretty young age 😅
At 14: everybody treats me like a child, I want to be older! at 16: I look like a weird alien, thanks to puberty. at 18: so I am an adult now, but they still treat me like a child at 20: wait... at 21: whut, is happening? at 22: pls make it stop
I can definitely tell which ages Trey has actually lived through and which ones he is doing more guessing about. Pretty funny, but I think 50 is a stretch and 80+ is a caricature. The rest of those ages seem pretty solid.
My mother-in-law celebrated her 90th birthday by flying to Germany to visit her grands and great-grands. Last year (92), she did a whirlwind visit to her kids in MI and MS with side trips to IN and AZ. I want to be like her when I grow up!
As someone who is in her 30s i would never wanna go back to my 20s. Life only gets better. My husband and i are FINALLY financially stable. I finally worked on my depression and low self-esteem that crippled me through my 20s and i couldn't be happier. I can't wait for 40.
Trey, I would love to go to your comedy show but the venue requires full vaccination. And not an option for negative test result. Hope I can catch you another time
Trey, I love you as my brother in Christ. I laughed all the way up until the 80th birthday. 😭 (I'm a little sensitive. My grandmother recently passed and she was 80+.) To her credit-- she did not need her food blended... silly 🙃 Also now that I'm in the 40+ gang-- I feel like I miss college NOW, more than at 22 and 23...
This was so fun to watch!! I definitely feel the same as I’m getting older, seems like it’s not much of a big deal as it used to be. But since me and my mom are 1 birthdays apart, I always make it a point to spend with her and my family. I hope that stays the same for many many years to come
My friends from highschool got offended I didn't get blackout drunk on my 21st lmao I visited my birth town, got a tattoo, nice dinner, walked on the beach, and had 3 or 4 drinks with my boyfriend
