This video shows a progressive die, designed and built by Scandic, running in a 150 ton Minster press at 65 strokes/minute. The tool has 15 stations, including two stations with cams activated by the ram to achieve forms greater than 90 degrees.

Ran progressive dies for 18 years, did it all loading coils, setting up, troubleshooting, maintaining, I loved it. You have a beautiful part there. Best wishes.(still have all my fingers!)

My DAD worked for ELECTRONIC STAMPING CORPORATION back in the 70's... as a baby I saw various presses CLOSE UP and OPERATIONAL ...with NO health and safety bullshit - just a CHORUS of BUMPS, CLATCHES AND CLICKS!!!
