Progressive relaxation is a great way to relax your muscles! This 10-minute pelvic floor relaxation routine uses a contract-relax technique to help release stress and tension. First, you'll relax muscle groups that are often associated with pelvic tension (the jaw, shoulders, feet, and buttocks). Then, you'll relax the pelvic floor itself.

Contract, then relax to help release stress and tension. First, you'll relax muscle groups that are often associated with pelvic tension (the jaw, shoulders, feet, and buttocks). Then, you'll relax the pelvic floor itself. I hope you enjoy this! Check the video description for more ways we can work together.

Hey I noticed you removed one of the guided meditations for relaxation. Is there a reason? And if not where can I find it?

Is this recommended for hypertonic pelvic floor? I’m trying to not to clench so much right now. So not sure if I want to contract because I’m trying to undo contracting and constant clenching. 🫤🤔
