I picked these up because I needed to replace my previous pair. The only thing notable about them is the comparatively poor battery life. I get a day out of these - maybe - where I got a week with my previous pair.
I wracked my brain for days trying to research the best pair for me and I went with these. They arrive tomorrow and I pray they’re comfy enough to wear for 8hours a day. I didn’t know these existed until yesterday! I’ve been struggling with sensory overload in my loud lab at work and ppl won’t let up with the loud music. My regular ANC headphones aren’t enough anymore. Thanks for this review, I hope they’re comfy enough for me! I can’t even wear jeans for long cuz I’m that sensitive! Edit: they look like they squeeze a lot. Do they compared to the 3M?
I shortly gave mine away to a person who was a bit strange, lol. I don't think they squeeze, but if you put some sheepskin or something soft in the ear cup. It helps. Even with the 3M WorkTunes. I took some earsnugz and put them on my WorkTunes connect and it keeps my ears from sweating a lot. You will have sweating, maybe very little maybe a bit more if you got the gels, I guess it just depends, but I like mine really comfy, so that's just me. The padded headband is a good touch though. The connection is really easy. It goes into pairing mode right when you turn it on. Just find it under available devices , and click on it. ( tap it) and your good. I find I love doing these kinds of videos, because I have made friends with people with the same issue, young and old, so I like helping out as much as I can. Please let me know how it goes. Would be great to see a video, but if not , let me know in reply. I hope you really enjoy them. I have you thought about the 3M Pro-Protect? Those are good too. With that you can turn up the ambient sound in case you want to hear more...gives you super hearing if you want it but with earmuffs on,lol. Let me know how you fair.
@@ButchHolladay I have mine stretching out between 2 pillows now I’m that sensitive! I had them on for a little bit but since I’m gonna be wearing them all week this was a good stoned idea!
@@ButchHolladay yes, however my work day is 8 hours with 3 breaks in between and they are tighter than I’m used to so it’ll be a learning curve, that’s why I’m stretching them out a bit. It’s a pain in the butt how sensitive I am, the amount of panic attacks I’ve had at work cuz of noise. I can’t wear in ear things because they’re too painful. I’m confident these will be okay tho
Well , what you could do , after the return date ( up to you if you void the warranty for comfort, etc, lol), if you still want them...go online get you a pair of 3M Peltor optime 95 earmuffs. They are pretty cheap.. you might have to make slit in the padding, pull the wire out, and take the headband from the optimes and a headband wrap, a good seatbelt cover would serve as a sub. Wrap up the cord, put them on, and you'll find you have little more room and they won't clamp as much. The 3m pro protect has an interchangeable headband so it's easier with that one plus you have ambient hearing. Where do you live btw? As in state. ? Also...did you get the gels ear pads?
I had a pair and something happened to them and they broke and the things that attached to the ear speakers came loose and started to poke me in head. I couldn't fix them so I just bought myself a new pair and I really like these headphones
@@ButchHolladayoh yea I know what you mean. I think my boyfriend's mom or someone accidentally sat on them. I can say that these headphones lasted me a couple of years or so
