No, it's the opposite. Currently, much power resides in the hands of unelected bureaucrats, eroding the value of elections. The point of this project is to fix that: to put executive power back to the hands of the President. It doesn't do anything to the judicial or legislative branches, meaning that the separation of powers is preserved. It only removes power from the 4th, unnecessary 'branch', resulting in more direct representation for the electorate.

Small government will also mean giving former government jobs to private companies. They just said they will privatize the TSA. They will also privatize the USPO.
