sounds like you want to blow him or something,,and as far as banhee's there ONLY one GREATEST on youtube and thats this guy, watch this and weep and learn from a REAL banshee doctor,,,,END OF STORY ! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Khs4vOcfJBI.html
I'm so excited to follow the progress on this build! I have about 28 hours on my Banshee motor that I finished about the same time you finished yours. I really wish I would have gone for 4mil because I had to have the case open and replace the stock crank anyway...
A cheetah would be a bad idea for a trail shee. A cub would be fine though, but as long as he gets his stock cylinders updated for the extra 4mill srtoke and lets his builder know what he wants from it he will be very happy with it, might want to check squish also.
You don’t HAVE to port your cylinders... but it helps. But seriously, it’s the only way you’re going to make a serious amount of power from the new crank
I bought a 03 Banshee frame for a very good price , no vin and will save every purchase paper! But I’m thinking what the heck did I get myself into when I really get into it . Slow and steady wins the race .
remember to put your master link on the opposite way the way you had it if it so happened to hit anything on the trails it has a possibility of coming off
Mike next time you build anything for your banshee contact top dog racing out of Portland Oregon they are the best in the biz bro. And hot rods cranks are the best crank buddy hands down.
U should of got a 2into carb for trail riding.i had one and u didn't have to wait for it to hit the powerband it was in it from the start with the 2into 1
I've heard good things about the 2 into 1 setup and I did consider it, but after reading up on having each cylinder with it's own setup and its advantages, I decided to go the 2 carb route.
I would personally ditch that case saver the force of it coming off could still bust your case the way it mounts up. Look into DWR case savers, it is a way better design and if your chain where to break it would keep it on it’s normal path and just spit it out into the ground it wouldn’t let it bind up or whip around. Just an opinion though, glad to finally see this thing under the knife should be a very sick product when it’s completed.
I have a Head We’re one of the pistons busted ! So one side is ruff !!! Boyyy😍😍 The Best Head I’ve Ever Owned!! One sided pretty & the others Has a lil damage!! But wakes The Bitch Upp!’
hey everyone i have a question i got a TRX400EX that i rebuilt the top end timing is right new valves seated propetly piston and the quad dosent want to stay in idle it only stays in idle when it get the oil to operating temperatures and it sending like compresion through the carb so idk what could be the isssue am thinking of carb not adjusted right
I dont know how much you know about this stuff, so I'm just gonna say it. You may wanna look at a 2+ swing arm. It wont effect it basically and is rated for trails on none stock things. If your wanting drag bbn only. Pick any size lol
I am aware of this... either spinning tires or pulling up the front end. I really don't like the look of an extended swingarm, but I might have to get one. I appreciate the advice!
One of the best Banshee Builders I know is a man named Don he has a shop called Powerline performance in Kelso Washington he is the Banshee Guru I would contact him and get some advice if you know anybody from the West Coast that rides Banshees I can almost guarantee you that they know who he is it is his profession his name is Donald Shepherd check him out on Facebook too
Just an FYI lenghtening the rods doesn't increase your stroke. The only way to increase stroke is to move the centerline of the rod journal further away from the centerline of the main journal.
@@MichaelSabo ay michael im glad to see youre banshee isnt dead keep us updated on whats going on and ofcourse some nice videos when shes up and running. Also like another person has said check out southtexasbanshee hes doing a 4mill right now also and is a very smart guy.
I’m just trying to figure out suppliers and builders for my project. 1976 RD400 in a 1991 KX250F steel frame with 70-90 hp. If anyone can help recommend businesses to help me out would be greatly appreciated, btw I’m in the N.E. United States. TIA
I'm noticing with any big company there are always those few cases where there were problems that seem to stain a companies reputation. So far I've still not had a failure with them.
And I'm sure that will continue! I understand part failure. But I also understand install failure. Maintenance Failure and the list goes on! Take care of the parts and they will take care of you. I have over the course of the last 3 weeks been watching every single one of you're videos. Oldest to newest. And i even sent you a message on Insta! You do flawless work. Keep it up! I can only hope to meet up with you some day.
looks like a normal piece of shit Banshee to me ain't worth fixing you're right it for 8 hours then it takes a big fat shit blows the Rings or the piston send the shop more than its on the road
