DJ it is the perfect height for shifting. It is slightly proud but I’ve been driving with it for 2 months and it feels great. I do suggesting putting loctite on screws holding it to shifter

Camaro shift knob with black built in adapter fits 2010-2012 Camaro non-threaded 6 speed shifter. Not a universal adapter. CNC machined billet aluminum, anodized finish. (It is super high quality and is the best shift knob I’ve ever used. Link to the product I’d in description. 😀)

The Great Beezolini it has a much better feel overall and gives it a more vintage feel than the chunky stock one.

I have a 2013 6sp and mines totally different, so I’d say no!!
