I bet his heart skipped a couple of beats at 3.53 when he had those 2 wheels on the grass! The grip these top end hypercars have nowadays is mental, tyres, mechanical grip, downforce/aero and huge balls
Here's a good question. How do you set up the suspension to stop the rear end coming around in the middle of the turn? Please advise on bound and rebound rates, fast or slow bump, then differential. Most cars I drive tend to have the rear come around in the middle of a turn. Not on the gas or brake. It takes me more than two hours to make a car drive-able but that makes me slower.
How can you do 20 Km/H faster topspeed at the long straith than I can with the same car and standard setup? And the grip you have is insane! Please learn us your amacing skils.
COULD BE FASTER by 0.9 - 1.3/1.5 SECONDS// CAR NOT FULLY EXPLOITED CONSTANTLY (!?) Hair raising driving, he is literally wrestling with the steering wheel. I am not by any means a racing driver or, a specialist for that matter, and have far less skill than this daring man, but I suspect he could shave off around 0.9 to 1.3/1.5 seconds from the lap time. If I am not mad enough, operating within control, to state this, I may point out some instances: 1. 00:00:25 - the corner exit could have been faster and smoother (?) 2. 00:00:31-32 - could go flat out there (?) 3. 00:02:37-38 - could probably execute a faster corner exit with smoother steering inputs (?) 4. 00:03:18 - could keep the throttle pinned down in that area (?) 5. 00:03:29 - could get earlier on the throttle (?) 6. 00:03:51 - could have a more aggressive corner entry (?) 7. 00:03:55 - there was a little slide and under-steer (?), I suspect. 8. 00:03:58 - was not flat out. Could be (?) 9. 00:04:16 - ibid. 10. 00:04:34 - could get earlier on the throttle and a little less aggressive steering input (?) 11: 00:04:38 - lesser steering inputs and better management of both corner entry end exit for a smoother curve (?) 12. 00:05:08 - I suspect there was another slide, this time accompanied with a hint of oversteer (?) It is always pleasurable to see you work so hard to squeeze every last bit of performance from this monster! Hats off!
Actually having a second look this is a computer game! I could be wrong it's an incredible job if it is, so realistic but the background, trees didn't look real and because they seemed to be repeating themselves and they was all same colours! I hope I'm wrong! Please someone tell me I'm wrong!
Great simulator here LOL and honestly it would be better but the cars are too grippy and feel like there on ice and some cars are way too unrealistic just name this game project cars gt3 lol
@@gabrielsl6547 the cars in this game are so hard to control when they lose traction, plus hitting a kerb in this game will likely sent your car flying sideways. The graphics are 100/100 though and the sounds/scenery is incredible
haveaniceday45 it's to hard because you can't go into it like gt sport. GT sport is sim cade and forgiving PC2 is a sim and unforgiving as it is in real life. Plus PC2 really is a wheel racing game or don't bother as you can't accurately place the car with a controller or you're over correcting because slight movements with a thumbs stick equal big wheel movements.
ohh didn't know about that mode, but what's the point? Project Cars 2 is pretty much simulator, lots of things affect performance of the car (tire pressure, temperature, etc), why not disable them as well to get better time?
Then it wouldn't be simulation, idk why the fuel stays the same (I think it's stupid) but if you disabled everything else it would turn into an arcade game basically
One example would be your tires wearing as you go through the track at full pace, tires on some lmp1 cars only last a couple laps so eliminating would make the time absolutely unrealistic and not very satisfying in my opinion
