The Holy projectile is more distance-based. Like, if you're not within range to do the actual combo, Riku will instead cast Holy. (Or Pearl, as it's referred to in KH2.)

As for Punisher Mode, it should still be able to work alongside this.

I don't know about that first bit, but yeah I wouldn't advise using Keyblade mod swaps with Equinox, seeing as Riku's arsenal is almost completely different than Sora's.

​@@ZAY_KH Experiments have shown me that some work. But only specifically ones either designed for Riku in mind (such as your added Keyblade with Punisher Mode V2), or ones going over Keyblades that aren't changed when using formchanges work seamlessly. Such as Vicennial Trace's recolors of Oathkeeper or Oblivion, or any Ultima Weapon replacer (One of my favorites has been Twilight Blaze, and it's formchange sword honestly looks really cool using Rising Wing's moveset). And anything that replaces unchanged Keyblades in Ver 2.5 of Equinox (so Wheel of Fate, Hunny Spout, etc) are broken. Additionally, anything that changes Axel's Bond of the Blaze tends to affect Riku's version. I have one that turns Axel's copy into one using his Ultima chakram from Days. It doesn't model swap Riku's, but for some reason it's using the texture on the hilt. It's weird but also looks cool as fuck somehow? Either way, phenomenal work. (And sorry for the month-late response, love not getting notifs and then seeing this reply at the top of the comments as I'm rewatching the trailer..)

I mean keyblade wielders are able to use other wielders' keyblades. Star Seeker was Mickey's keyblade, and Yen Sid's before Mickey. Not to mention Aqua using Eraqus' keyblade in the Realm Of Darkness, Roxas initially using Kingdom Key and then switching to Oathkeeper and Oblivion (two keyblades which previously had just been Sora's Keyblade with different keychains, now separated into two distinct Keyblades). The lore behind who can use what is kinda shakey, and goes by "whatever Nomura wants it to be" rules. There's ALSO Yozora being able to completely yoink Sora's keyblade and use it against him, something not even Riku/Ansem was able to do in KH1. One thing that always struck me as odd is that Riku's Keyblade, Way To The Dawn, was originally forged from his weird darkness sword, but then shattered. I find it strange that his Keyblade is the only one we legit see get destroyed (not including Keyblade Of Hearts, as that simply dissolved after it served it's purpose similar to the x-blade itself) since that keyblade's form seems pretty malleable overall even compared to others in the series, with a rather strange origin ON TOP of that. Basically keyblades are weird.

Probably because the formchanges you see in this video are a work in progress - as stated in the description - that hasn't been added to the actual mod yet. This is for an upcoming update, and the movesets seen here won't be made public until that update is finished.

@@ZAY_KH question about the punisher mode vs. the default two riku key blades. I’m also on L+D Mode + movement enhance. I’m trying to make the experience genuinely hard as possible. Is there reason why both keyblades have the same moveset unless punisher mode is activated? I thought each keyblsde had a different moveset. Not only that but in the enhanced version meaning your mod do you unlock everything as normal the normal play through? C+ mod doesn’t work for me
