The paint on the chasis looks badass... can't wait to see all the details come together... be nice to have some one off wheels made for this build.. I'm sure it would be expensive but would be cool.
you guys must know of a fab shop who can make stands that can be bolted to the axle's ,hell if there done right they can be put on castors so you can move the chassis were ever you want. Just a thought. looks great btw.

Great video guys. I have been trying to decide what color to paint my custom Harley. I knew it was going to be a red but wasn’t sure what shade of red. I have now decided on Legendary Red. Thanks for helping me decide.
That chassis is really popping! Once again the gang at Semi Casual prove that attention to detail is their forte! Too bad someone doesn't make a heavy duty chassis rotisserie or at least rotisserie components for a DIY kit someone could build with 6x6 lumber. Now, back to the frame... Love the color! Question, will you clear coat also to keep it from chipping with road debris? Tell me the body striping will be Legendary Red too?! Anyway, great work gentlemen!
Will you prep and paint a bunch of spare filters for that engine for bill to use over time and keep the engine looking like it just rolled out of the shop?
That paint will peel off from the self etching primer. You should've applied a primer sealer before the basecoat or you could've save a step by applying an epoxy primer -sealer to the bare metal. Just a tip from another Painter with 25 years experience.
Do yall stretch frames as well.i have a 2015 kenworth t660 that I would like to have that done too.remove cab and sleeper,stretch frame, paint truck and frame.
How much did y’all spend on the frame paint job , and projected longevity of the paint cause I want to do something similar to my light duty pickup frame
Would it be more economical to order a new truck with the desired frame painted and specifications. I am thinking the re&re time is beyond expensive. The old school guy.
Functional stacks can be installed but this buyer doesn't want functional stacks. One reason is because he couldn't out his pump system in the passenger step box with functional stacks because the dpf filter would be in there.
I hope you at least tell us how many hours total Yall have in disassembly / assembly /painting everything in it..cause I'm sure Bill won't say how much $$ he has in it..
