Косые ступени сделаны неправильно. Древесные волокна должны быть параллельны передней кромке! Дерево красивое - работа похабная.

I built boats in Vietnam and had the fortune of working with artisans like this and using, in my opinion, the finest teak in the world. You rarely, if ever, find an ornate staircase like that in the USA, and if you do, it would have been produced on a cnc, not by hand. Frankly, a staircase bought in component form from a DIY centre in USA and installed by someone that knows how to use a drill and a hammer is incomparable.
@Guitaural.
@Guitaural. Год назад
Well, it's a cost thing. There are still craftsmen capable of the work, but nobody's willing to pay the enormous costs associated with the time involved. Becoming that way in all the western nations. That's the reason architecture is not _nearly_ as beautiful now as it was in days gone by.

In Canada the maximum spacing between spindles is 4" (100 mm) and they must be designed to prevent climbing. All treads must be equal width and all risers must be the same height. This applys to residential stairs. Industrial building code allows for other standards.

Very bad work by unskilled workers. Crooked wavy molding lines done sloppy & fast, very bad light/dark color contrast in wood railing choice, out-of-plumb bottom spindle because it was cut too short, weak choice for "glue" adhering treads will fail in months of use. These guys don't care about their work at all. I hate how RU-vid will always praise hacks for terrible work if they only use expensive materials.

There was no protection period, the marble should be protected, the weights that they used on the treads should have padding on the underneath, the stair treads should have been protected. These are workers who do not mind the jobs most avoid. They have probably calculated that re-sanding and re-treating (which they'd have to do with all the joins anyway) is easier than being hampered by dust sheets (dangerous and and a pain on such surfaces) or covering every inch with protector (also a pain and easily scratched through anyway). Or, just maybe, they bugger off next week and leave it for the decorators to sort out!

Wynik pracy mimo to oszałamiający.
