It feels really bad that big builders like Prestige are now unecessarily pushing apartments like Mumbai onto Bangalore, this project is still very far from the current City where the land and apartment cost is not much still prestige seems to have become very greedy and just want to sell as many as units with small apartment
Thanks for sharing! Locality review should also have been included especially the basic social infrastructure, water and sewage for such a mega project and the traffic/road conditions.
I stay nearby...roads is not good and not many society....it's still old houses people staying from longand not many shops yet.....it's quite 17 kms from Sarjapur junction
I have almost bought one in Meridian park. The demo apartments are impressive but On a second thought , i realized that its a risky investment now. Meridian park has just 18 acres of land and they are going to have nearly 3000 3bed apartments in it. Just imagine about 10000 people using the limitted common amenities like one pool 2 tennis courts etc. and this is not right in the downtown where the land prices are so high. The average land area one will get is 0.6 cents.
None of these schools hospitals are actually within 20kms all are quite far....plus all its proposed site of wipro infoysys will take ages to get built
Sarjapur is one of most polluted areas... few mins there and u will get asthma... also severe water shortage... nonstop tankers... Just n what basis r u promoting these large new building needing 2L water per day... no cauvery water... no underground water.. Is relying on tankers sustainable ???
Please take care of the facing of the unit, they till lie regards the facing of the house. For ex if you want west facing House, they will tell you it's west but actually it's east. I'm investor in Avalon park. Same thing happened with me.
All 2, 3 bhk units are already small and have PASSAGE area wasting more. Feels like you are in 3-AC or 2-AC train with passage and does not feel like home/house. They did this to keep all toilets vertically aligned in same way to save plumbing cost. Moreoever they have encroached all major rajkaluvei in this area..
See the condition of the roads, worst than the village area also. That does not even come under BBMP. The areas you showing is completly edited. That is 15 kms far from the actual location. The project you describing is planned 15 years back but far behind execution.
@Priyanka Rachaiah not about distance.. show a video commuting in sarjapur.. u will know level of pollution and traffic... Also see how existing apartments r getting tankers there... what is source of water for this new one... Will they get explicit cauvery connection
