YES!! I had to use the ticket exchange thing to even get my one 3* Emu card. :/

Obviously this isn’t a sure fire way since it’s all RNG but if you go in with the feeling of “I don’t care what cards I get” while doing gacha, I feel like somehow you’re more likely to get it. I wanted Toya 4* lim and I spent a lot of gems to get it. Didn’t get it. I decided to try farming some more for at least 2 more pulls after the event ended. I had given up on getting Toya. Boom. Got it, first pull and first card. For the longest time I didn’t get any Emu, then I got 2 Emu back to back. I think most of my 4* star cards from just not expecting or gunning for them. I think it’s why I pulled 2-3 4* Ichika cards and the same 4* Shiho card. I don’t care for them, which is why I get so many lol
