@@SeyfertCh if you go into the exchange place then click voucher exchange,let's say I have 300 wish piece I buy a normal 3 star character voucher but I don't go into the gacha to use it I go into the voucher exchange and click the other 3 star character exchange option I click on a character I don't have and trade my 3 star character voucher for it that's how I think it works I only discovered it today
