The pity system is a bar on permanent banners [and RecoFes] that fills up by 0.5 per every card pulled with free crystals [1 for paid crystals]. At 50 pity points or 100 free pulls, you are guaranteed a 4 star you do not own. At 100 pity points or 200 pulls, you are guaranteed a featured 4star from the banner that you do not own
