@@Hamjam2223When I first time play iPad, I also found the problem that you have, using multiple finger will 'disconnected'. Although, I still able to FC Tell Your World as I decided to 'not' move the fingers. Instead, use all fingers to perform Hold without moving my fingers lol
For future reference, there’s a control that can lock you into a specific game that prevents any messages, distractions, and most importantly-not disbanding by exiting the app. To do this, go to settings and go to control center. Add guided access, go to pjsk, and go to the screen where you change screen brightness and volume. Press the guided access button, and it will ask you for a passcode. Put in a passcode you’ll remember, and boom! No more accidental disbands cause of apple being mean. If you want to exit guided access, triple click the off button. Hope this helps!

You Kept On Swiping Out Of The App Because When You Use Four Or More Fingers It'll Take You To The Home Screen You Can Turn It Off By Going To Gestures In Settings And Turning Off Four And Five Finger Gestures Instead Of Turning On Guided Access
If I were you, i would have found a way to fix the ipad problem before continuing to play, because tbh, those "disconnects" totally ruin the playing experience. And also the watching experience for me.
