When I first played enstars too I also thought of how players remember all their names but somehow after playing for a long time I've memorized all their names now too lol
Fun facts! A lot of ensemble stars share the same VA as genshin impact JP as well. For example , for the group that you just picked:- Subaru (orange hair boi = scaramouche) Hokuto (black hair boi = Zhongli ). There's also VA for venti, kaeya, albedo and etc 🤣
I remember when I put Hokuto in my idol room not knowing about that and immediately thought “omg this guy talks a lot…..he reminds me of zhongli……🤔” and then I was like “wait a second his voice also sounds familiar” and I thought i imagined that but went to check and THEY REALLY HAD THE SAME VA LMAOOO it was so hilarious 😭😭
hihi! i'll answer a few questions that you asked in the video~ i think a lot of players can remember all their names (it's hard at first but then you kinda just.. memorize them as you go, i guess? at least, that's what happened with me) in enstars, cards range from 1* to 5*, so gold is a 4* and rainbow is a 5* (a bit of extra info: the lights at the start of the pull signify the minimum amount of cards you got in the pull. blue = one 4* [the bare, bare minimum], yellow = 2 4*s, and rainbow = one 5*! these can flip though) there isn't a song preview because each song has to be downloaded on the first time you play it. once you download the song, the song preview will play whenever you're on that song in the selection screen when the screen clears up after you tap the bubble-looking note in the middle (i have no idea what it's called), that's when the character you selected as 'performer' (can be changed on team editing screens by going to the 2nd tab located above your team) does an extra dance when in 3dmv mode. (also, the song that played at the opening scene is called "brand new stars!!") i hope this helped a bit! have fun with enstars~

i have a feeling i'll eventually learn everyone's names if i see them alot at my gacha pulls LMAO, my speed at enstars is currently 9 but it feels like i'd set it on 10 if comparing at other games to be fair i have no beginners luck on any game except for bandori being the only exception T___T thank you, i'm enjoying my time playing enstars rn!

Started off with playing enstars first before switching to project sekai for a week. Enstars has never felt so slow before because I play 10 speed on project sekai. It got to the point where I was forced to play expert mode TwT.
just turned up my speed from 7 to 8 and back to 7, everything feels so slow now but I can't fc lvls 28 up with speed 8 lmao. I'll just start going higher by 0.1 to get used to it
3:45 actually, at that part. If you turn on 3D MV in the settings (where the characters dance, it's like project sekai's 3D MV stuff), then whoever you chose as your SOLO (defaulted to middle but you can change it) will do a nice separate dance! (Called SPP) In short: Big shiny button make 3D MV boi dance
Wow this makes me realise the difference in generosity in different servers. In enstars traditional chinese they give free 5 star at the beginning instead of 4 star.
You can get 5* at the beginning too because when you choose the band it will randmly Give you one of the band member and if you don know there are a button for you to press if you want to try to pick again so you can press that button until you get 5*. You are just lucky to get 5* at start.

since en just got released, i started, and i got a 5 star, and thought that was normal, and say the reroll option and thought a 5 star ritsu existed (tsukasa was th only 5 for knights in there), so i rerolled and got a 4 and got really confused, and went back and kept rerolling until i got my 5* tsukasa again
as long as ur phone can handle it enstars is so much more fun in 3d mv mode it has the best 3d mode in my personal experience of playing and seeing other rhythm games

I just started playing this game because of Itto’s event lol and I randomly found your video on recommended page. I’ve never been a fan of this type of game but somehow ensemblestar changed it for me. The songs are really catchy too! So far, I’ve only played normal mode cuz I’m kinda scared trying harder stages hahah. Thanks for introducing this game!
I also started playing on Itto's event, what a nice coincidence. I think I got pretty lucky at the start, because currently I have 5 5* cards, who are all on my main team.. I'm only Rank 7 so I have a long way to go lol. I fell in love with Mika and Rei, so happy I have them~
i literally gave up on the enstars game, i just got so confused and never touched it again. i was used to playing project diva and this was before sekai came out so it was a new concept to me 🧍 same with hypmic 🧍 and then sekai came out and I’ve been a vocaloid fan since i was 12 and like i said i play project diva so i loved it instantly- i guess for me it was way easier learning sekai cuz i already knew the songs, so i knew the rhythm. watching this video makes me wanna try enstars again tho haha, i watched the show and loved the characters 🧍
oh god this brings me back... i literally had the same situation as you back when i downloaded enstars for the first time lol. and i was also an avid puroseka player! i too did think "how do the fans remember all their names" and honestly, as time passes by, they all sink down deep into you😔. if u ever want to get into enstars more profoundly, i really recommend reading the stories
Ensemble stars also has an anime and sometimes they preform irl. The anime is pretty cool, and I also have a friend who is obsessed with this show he knows all the characters names😨❤️
you kinda end up remembering them all whether or not u produce them lmao also the rainbow notes gives u a little dance and u can get special ones with 4* and up i honestly use it as a break and you need to have mv on for it
You'll eventually remember everyone but starting with favs is a good place. Also it's been covered before by a jp vid I watched, but enstars allows you to use the songs while you're in the gameplay mode (so songs are OK while you're tapping along) so you don't have to worry about gameplay video not having the original song on it (can't remember if double face group songs are an exception or not) Game experience is significantly enhanced with 3d mode on but ofc not needed. Also check out the songs that split the voice lines so the characters you put in your team are the ones singing for those songs. It's unique to enstars as far as I know (could be wrong, I might not be exposed to enough rhythm games) so it's one of their biggest selling points aside from the mv outfits. Have fun :)
3:42 when you have...I think it's 3d active( guys singing and dancing at the stage like with an mv, you can adjust the light setting to see notes better which is neat), that button when you get "full fever" gives you a special cut-scene to your main star(s) doing a unique move themselves.

As I'm just like you, I'm already obsessed with Enstars because I keep getting ads of them- (they had Crazy-B dancing and singing crazy roulette and I'm crying on the corner since I started loving that song intensely) My favorite characters is Hiiro and Aira, I have Ritsu Sakuma as my character on the screen (I never know him that much yet, but I'm currently reading at the chapter 2 now, still stuck with the songs normal) He's from Knights, he gives off a vibe from Kuya in Ayakashi Romance Reborn, I kinda like his screen dialogue where he said he's sleepy (hence I simp Kuya too much, fun fact for Kuya, he's a tengu. I started watching old anime called Tactics because of his ayakashi type ^^) I saw Crazy B and Undead dancing to USA song.... My life has been control by that neverending song 😭😭🤣🤣 (Ahh, good old times, this USA song is by Da Pump, back in 2019, I was crazy obsessed of it)
as a pjsekai player too, i downloaded it yesterday out of curiosity and excitement, i was worried because the place where ur gonna tap on the notes isnt a straight line like on pjsekai its like semicircular which was difficult for me, but its not so bad either overall i like the game, i can remember their names just coz i watched the anime and i search them up sometimes

I saw pre - registration on google and decided to give this game a chance and try it on Japanese. So: 1. I was extremely lucky and got 4 5* at the beginning 2. I'm horrible at this game. I got about 70 good notes, lol 3. Why the hell there are so many characters? 4. It is cool and I wait it on global now

I love love Ensemble Stars. Absolutely one of my favorite games. Fun note in memorizing some of the characters Ritsu Sakuma shares the same VA as Izuku Midoriya/Deku from My Hero Academia and Mao Isara has the VA as Eren Jaeger from Attack on Titan and Shoto Todoroki from My Hero Academia, and Rei Sakuma has the VA as Eijiro Kirishima from My Hero Academia and Hiyori Tomoe VA is the same as Tanjiro Kamado from Demon Slayer.
idk why this in my algorithm but people really just understatement the ability of humans to remember names . like seriously all the boys here are like just 30% of the names we can remember I'd say at least for me . like we gave real people yeh family . teachers , classmates , neighbors, friends if friends , other people u work with. like .. I remember most of there names I honestly don't get surprised at all by how much we can remember . and we dobt even try to just hearing it at keast 5 times will automatically register it in our heads as something we will forever remember
Oh yeah I started playing enstars after I have already been playing proseka for a year. I kept missing notes in the beginning because I wasn't used to the curved lines and it really caught me off guard

Ive noticed how the song gameplay HIGHLY resembles Love live school idol festival. With some things different this game has male idols instead of female idols (LL:SIF)
i played tap sonic top as my first rythym game. then switched to arcadea. 3rd rythym game was enstars (love subaru btw) and lastly project sekai and oh boy i was so annoyed when playing with my thumbs cause im so used to playing with my thumbs....

a bit off-topic but if you're a llsif player enstars is basically second nature. I found that the timing was very intuitive unlike sekai/bandori (which was always somehow off for me even after calibrating it manually several times) and difficulty pretty comparable to love live (although i don't see any modes harder than expert which is worrying, I'd like a bit more challenge) enstars might just be my 2nd fav idol themed rhythm game now lol

For the names I just remembered them after a while? Tho the only Kanji I know if of my faves(Switch,Nazuna and Kanata)..... one piece of advice run like srs run enstars will drag you with itself down
i remember the first time i tried enstars ages ago after finding it. I was....by all means not good 💀played many other rhythm games but could barely even do normal....so deleted in less than a week 😭 I do not know what changed because a few months later i tried again....went straight to 11.5 speed and expert songs and everything was going amazing???? still dont know what happened my first time i tried playing... only thing i can think of was my speed was way too slow, and as ive learned speed makes it easier for a lot of songs.
