Hi Dhaval, Sorry for the late response. I wrote an answer to you 2 weeks ago but never published it. I think it's totally OK if stakeholders only read your one-liner status report. If it says everything is fine - they don't need to worry about the project. But if you say there's a problem - they should respond. If it works this way you don't need to change anything. I recommend showing the progress during the reporting period. Planned vs what was actually done. It gives a sense of performance from the team and your control over the project. I'm not sure if 1 month period is good. I prefer shorter reporting periods unless the project is really slow-paced.
