I mean, I thought this was a classic for half a sec

to make a tas, go into your dolphin settings and set hotkeys to frame advance and savestates, then either go to movie-make input recording or just start a normal match and save the replay. you want to save your states after each successful combo but make sure to have one savestate that is a fair bit behind in case you screw up and accidentally save when you don't want to. make sure you use frame advance to make your inputs frame perfect. as for controlling 2 characters... set one to the keyboard, one to a controller(or have 2 controllers) and make sure you have the tas input windows open(it's under the movie tab). also make sure you have the frame advance hotkey on both controllers hope this helps
