Hi, I just wanted to thank you for all your work and to say I appreciate you sharing the knowledge in such a detailed and clear way. I'm a young enthusiast from Poland with yet little practical knowledge about mechanics, transmissions etc. and I find your videos extremly helpful (and also interesting to watch)
Back in the day, I worked in the satellite 📡 industry and we called it, “bag and tag”. I use the Target brand plastic freezer bags w the slider closing in quart and gallon sizes. I buy 2 quart boxes to every gallon box. Also, I prefer the bags with a white section for writing with a blue Sharpie.
Excellent question… not sure just yet. I have all the footage but busy w other projects. Read the OEM service manual and you will be fine. Pls subscribe. Thx AJ
@@RelentlessRacingAJI have a 98 Toyota Corolla E11. 4AFE engine. I work as a Mechanic in Spain but I earn just enough to live and cover expenses. Last week the fifth gear of my C52 gearbox died. I already bought this car very cheap second-hand. I've been searching forums this weekend to see if another gearbox could work for me and I've seen on the internet that they say that the c56 of the Vitz RS can be used. The thing is, I'm looking for a reliable gearbox. Under maintenance....
@@Spaceforcar I’m not sure what you mean by “5th gear is dead”. Have you opened the transmission to determine the real issue? Hopefully, it wasn’t driven long with 5th gear damaged and the damage didn’t spread throughout the transmission. I’m sure you know this already bc you are a mechanic, but 5th gear not working means an issue(s) with 5th gear, 5th driven gear, sleeve, hub, synchro, shift fork, or shift keys. I would recommend just going to the yonke (junkyard in Mexican Spanish) to find another C52 and grabbing all the 5th gear parts required. Fortunately, the 5th gear parts mentioned earlier are under the transmission cover which is easily accessible. Good luck and please subscribe. Gracias, AJ
@@RelentlessRacingAJThank you very much for your attention. I will repair my transmission. It's the first thing I did to subscribe, I really like your master content.
