Could listen to you for ages, placement and cabling were the issues for me, as I currently have a long throw ceiling mounted 3M above sitting area and fan noise spoils the experience, yes cabling was expensive. With Epson EB-580 Throw ratio 0.33 f/1.8 @ 0.31m(12") I will have 189cm (74") x 142cm (56") which equals to a 93" screen which is perfect for my needs.

loved the video. thank you so much! one small query, does epson 650/750 model support 4:3 aspect ratio or is it locked to 16:9 only?

Epson TW650 and 750 models are home and office use models you can change aspect ratio from menu. Many of viewsonic,epson,benq models have aspect ratio tool. I hope you enjoyed. Thank you. Just watched the other videos, great information and so much content. Love it. BTW I got demo of Epson CO-FH02 last week (with inbulit Android OS), couldn't adjust aspect ratio and epson representative said you'd need a 16:9 screen only. With my earlier chinese projector (FHD with 4D keystone adjustment) I was using a 4:3 aspect ratio projector screen and had gotten used to watching cartoon channels on youtube.@@homecinematech

brightness does not depend from the distance, your claim is wrong. The smaller image the brighter, the larger image the darker (faded). brightness/projection area = brightness in (cd/m2). If you have 4000lm projector then on 2m width and 1.125m height, area 2.25m2, you will have brightness of 4000/2.25=1777cd/m2, for 3.5m width screen Area 6.895m2 brightness will be 580cd/m2
