What is the process of translation elongation in prokaryotes? How does a 70S ribosome translocate? What are the elongation factors involved in the elongation process and how do they work? What are EF-Tu and EF-G and why are they important? How does the Peptidyl transferase reaction occur? How does 23S rRNA catalyze this reaction? How does the ribosome translocate? Find out answers to all these questions in this deep-dive video:

Thank you so much for this crystal-clear explanation! Your handwriting and presentation are super neat. My family who saw me watching this video were also awestruck with the neatness! I have a question: To the A site, an incorrect tRNA can also come, right. So won't it take a lot of time till the right tRNA docks into the ribosome since there are so many different tRNAs and the A site is very small, so only one by one they can come and see if they can fit?

Glad these videos are helpful. And yes, you are correct. Incorrect tRNAs are sampled at the same rate as the correct tRNA - also the reason why ribosomes move so slowly.

There's 1ATP in forme of 2 energetic bounds used to activate 1 AA there 1Gtp to fix the ribosome and 1 gtp for fixing the rnat-aa on the codon and 1 gtp for moving the 30s and one for termination so badicaly it's 2 atp for activating and dissociating the ribosome and (n-1)×4 juste for moving

I am not sure if I agree with your calculations. Just for elongation: 1 ATP for charging the AA 1 GTP for carrying the AA to ribosome 1 GTP for moving the ribosome and forcing entropic release of tRNA from E-site The release of tRNA from E site and peptide bond formation is entropic, so no energy is used in those steps. In elongation, you DO NOT dissociate the ribosomes. The energy expenditure calculations in elongation should not include Termination step.
