If you use a water based primer use a water based foundation. If you use a silicone based primer use a silicone based foundation same with oil based and what not. It usually prevents the "peeling".

If you have dry skin maybe try using a more moisturizing primer. It might help with the peeling.

I always prefer a brush first with my foundation, than use a beauty blender to blend more. Also i wasn’t a big fan of primer because my skin would be so dried and peel UNTIL I found Lancôme LA base pro pore eraser. Works wonders, make sure after applying it, wait about 9-10 mins before applying your foundation. Hope that works babe xo Love from the Bay Area - Lila ♥️

Try the too faced hangover primer!! All the ones you've tried are very mattifying which aren't good for dry skin, but the too faced one is super moisturizing and I love it!

Honestly girl, I have oily skin but I get dry in some places so I use the Elf hydration primer in the t-zone, my nose, chin, and under my eyes and I PROMISE it works. And then I use the FitMe matte foundation and the Airspun loose face powder to bake in the places that get oily and I only leave it on there for like 2 minutes and brush it off then use my damp beauty blender that has leftover foundation on it and tap it onto the places I “baked”. I hope you see this, try it, and it helps!!❤️❤️
