His promises never fail. A 22 year promise fully fulfilled!!!!!! And today I have a 6 year old boy named Christian and a 4 month old daughter named Hope. Boom! That's Jesus ♡♡♡♡

Great song! Remember that God doesn’t promise us a perfect or great life here in this wicked world. He promises us Jesus which will always be enough. I can personally say that God hasn’t fulfilled my dreams. I have to go back and realize that HE is the prize, not my dreams. It’s all about Jesus, no matter the circumstances.

Where do I begin...It all starts when my beautiful wife Julie and I were in NYC back in April 2014, to celebrate our 2nd Church Wedding anniversary. We got into NYC early afternoon, got checked into our hotel and then went out to do some sight seeing before we came back to our hotel to change and get ready to go out to see PIPPEN the Broadway Show that evening. After getting checked into our hotel, we made our way to the train station to catch the subway to the Fairy station to board the boat to Liberty Island! It was a beautiful cool and crisp day. As soon as we got off the fairy, we made our way up to the Statue.We had tickets to go up to the Pedestal as the Crown tickets were all sold out! We still had an Amazing day! After arriving at Liberty Island, we got off the boat and made our way over to the Statue. It is so Beautiful and moving to see up close and personal! After getting up to the Statue, we made out way to get in line go up to the Pedestal and we got the phone call that changed my life forever! My sweet mother Flo Aldridge, had passed away from a massive brain aneurysm! At first, I didn’t think that it was true, as the POA and I at the time, didn’t get along that well. So I placed a call to the Medical POA, had him make a few calls and then he called me back within 15 minutes, it was true! My sweet mother had passed away! I was a total wreck! But thank goodness I had my beautiful wife Julie with me that day. We finished up our time at the Statue Of Liberty Tour, then made our way back to our hotel as I had a ton of phone calls to make and emails to send. After we finished up our time in NYC, we then made our way back home, unpacked, and then repacked as we had to make our way out to Tupelo, MS for my mom’s memorial service. We were planing on Flying, but the flights were to expensive so we decided to drive as we had a bunch of my mom’s things we had to bring back home to PA. After having 2 memorial services, one in Tupelo, MS and then the other in my home town of Lakeland Florida, we had to go back out to Tupelo one last time for my Uncle’s sentencing. You see, my dad’s brother, embezzled over $552,000 from my mom! This all happened while she was still living before she passed away. My mom did fight them in court and won, but never saw any of the money! My uncle was a horrible man and took advantage of her and her money! He spent my mom’s Life Savings on Cars, trips, casinos, my cousin’s honeymoon to Hawaii and many more. He was finally sentenced to 30 years in prison! He only spend 6 years out of the 30 years in jail for his crimes! He was then released and then passed away a year later from the same thing my mom passed away from. About a few months later, I got an email from my mom’s estate attorney, stating that my cousin was trying to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy on $219,000 of my mom’s money that his father, my uncle (my dads brother) deposited into my cousins company bank account Fraudulently! I then get a phone call from the Estate Attorney stating that he would not be able to take the case as he doesn’t handle Bankruptcy. So, I had to spend $7500 to retain this attorney in the same office that does do that kind of law. After months of emails, phone calls, tears and leal litigation in court, we lost the case against my cousin due to the Estate attorney lying on the witness stand and not informing me in plenty of time to win the case. Basically, he notified me 7 months to late, so the judge threw the case out of court! My wife and I were so upset and not happy with the outcome! It hurt us very much personally, emotionally and financially! You see, luckily my uncle did not take the Life Insurance policy money that my mom had left me. Since I am the only child, I was able to make contact with the right people and get my hands on that money. Between both life insurance policies, we were able to afford to pay off some debit and purchase our first house together. Even after loosing the case against my cousin in court, having to deal with all the pain, heartache, tears and sleepless nights, all I can say, is that if I had to do it all over again, I would do it in a heartbeat for my mom! She was EVERYTHING to me! She went through so much during the last few months of her life. She was a remarkable piano and organ player. She taught me to Always live life to my fullest and always reach for my hopes and dreams! Most of all, she taught me to Love my enemies even when they do wrong to me. I can honestly say, that it was my Beautiful wife Julie that got me through the Darkest days in my life! Having to deal with all the hurt, pain, tears and heartache of loosing the person who gave birth to me, my wife was there to pick up the broken pieces of my life! It’s been a hard seven years for both Julie and I since loosing my beautiful mother. Life has never been the same since! But I can truly say, that it was my beautiful and wonderful wife Julie, that taught me what True Love is all about and loved me for who I am inside and out no matter what life challenges may arise! It was back in 2015, when my wife and I made a trip to the Bahamas to attend a week long Marriage Seminar which was life changing for us both. We attended The Love Song Couples Getaway! It was very beautiful and peaceful on Paradise Island. While we were there, one of the last few days, the main speaker was talking about forgiveness and leaving all your worries and troubles in the water. I had been hurt so bad by what my uncle did to my mom and my family. God spoke to both my wife and I that morning. So we both got re- baptized in the lake that day and it felt so good to finally leave all that hurt and pain in the water! I can honestly say that after being up here in Hanover, PA, for the last ten years, I have finally found a home church that excepts me for ME! All of me! My faults, everything! My wife and I have been attending Emerge Church here in Hanover for the past few years. I have really found my "home" at Emerge! The people are so Loving and caring! The Lead Pastor at my church, has been a true Blessing to my wife and I since being there! He has been an Awesome Friend and has been there for me day or night when I needed him! I had gone threw some very hard times with my last job before coming to Highmark Health and my Pastor Herb was right there for me anytime I needed him! These People at Emerge are the Real Deal! I have been extremely Blessed to have several people within the Worship Band in my life! They are my Church Family and I am so Glad that God brought them and into my life when he did! For those of you out there that are hurting, feeling like you have no purpose, Yes you do! There is a God out there that Loves You no Matter what you've ever done period! He is an Awesome God and is the one person that will NEVER turn his back on you! His Promises will Never Fail! This song is now my theme song about life! The first time I heard it, I was in tears! It reminds me of how much my wife and I had to go threw with the passing of my sweet mother 7 years ago!
