Promotion Ceremony for Lt Col Asheleigh Gellner 

The Colonel is wearing position medals, to which give her access to the pentagon and other highly classified areas. Her ribbons she earned just I earned mine as enlisted a long time ago. It takes backbone to serve and put up with the politics and problems of serving as Vice Commander of an Air Force Wing. Now being promoted to full Colonel would easily help her once she chooses to retire. Both her and her husband are Colonels, I can imagine their retirement pay each is more than we make in a year!!I served from June 1976 to June 1982, I served for some really great NCO's and Officers. The commander of my Security Police Squadron was a Lt. Col, and actively participated in a joke when I was informed by the Colonel that I had obtained my line number for promotion to Staff Sergeant and he handed me my first pair of Chevrons!! Oh yes, I have lived as a civilian and serving the US Air Force and law enforcement for 20 years, I believe we know what the real world is and have the experience to lead others through it!!

@@GM8101PHX Pal I hate to burst your bubble, but you, this lady with the medals, and all the other career US military people are jokers. They basically do nothing most days but pat each other on the back and tell each other how great and brave they are. Her medals are shit to me. I work for a living. I don't live off the taxpayer like this lady and her husband do.
