I have recently started watching this, I dont understand anything without the translations, and to be honest, this Reflexology stuff is really relaxing, I havent done it myself, but watching and listening is very interesting already. I really like watching this before going to sleep, it is amazing.

I usually don’t do reflexology in the prone position. Since I don’t focus much on reflex zones, there is no caption. It’s kind of a free flow session which I like though.

@@YutakaREFLEX oh.. But the pressure point still give the same benefit right? Because I have one customer who like the prone position, I insisted to use the usual position because I'm afraid the pressure point is changed and it didn't give the Same benefits..

@@ashes_024 I know a reflexologist who perform treatments in the prone position. I think it depends on personal preference, but as far as I know, 99% of practitioners use the usual position.
