Pls I have a question in different a topic I need a clarification on something pls , you stated that the document sent from embassy to NOC then NOC to the school in Portugal.. does that mean I’ll apply to the school before the verification or the NOC is Just sending my documents ahead of my application pls I’m confused Will I inform the embassy Wic school they should send my documents to in Portugal because you also stated in one of your video that is not compulsory to get an admission before verification of documents
