I got admission at Langston university Oklahoma city and I once applied for b1b2 visa but on my portal is still showing me the b1b2 MRV please do you have any idea on how I can change it to the new MRV reference number? Because i can't schedule appointment while the b1b2 MRV reference number is still showing though everything on the portal has changed to f1 visa only the MRV reference number is still showing the old one

I got graduate teaching assistanship from the University of Arizona and there is no deficit on my I20 form, I have 100% tuition covered and sufficient stipend from the program. Does this mean that I would be ok showing up without ANY bank statement to my visa interview?
