In this video, I just proved that aim training works! As a 41-year-old "boomer," I’m not supposed to have great aim, but guess what? I’ve got it. Why? Because from my life experience, I’ve learned that if you want to get good at something, all you need is focused, dedicated training. It’s that simple. Aim training is just like any other skill-work on it consistently, do the right things right, and you’ll master it.
The proof? If I can get good at aiming at my age, anyone can. If you put your mind and heart into it, and back it up with the effort needed, you’ll improve. You’ll rank up and win more gunfights in Valorant or any FPS game. This guide is for Valorant, but the principles apply across all FPS games.
Let’s get better together!

Just like where u look is where the car goes while driving Your crosshair goes where u look So if u feel u can't hit headshots Just look at the heads Just looking at the heads increased my headshot % by a lot ...

how do i get nice movement
@mentality800
@mentality800 2 дня назад
Good question, i would watch some guides om what good movement is on youtube. And the just focus on that for some time. Its that simple, or just keep playing until it is good. But first understand what good movement is, and that is to understand that movement is good when you are hard to hit, and it makes you hit the enemy more effective. Now this takes time to master, but if you focus on it it is gonna go faster. But good thing takes time always. And if you want faster results ingame, then start focusing on crosshair placement. That is a real gamechanger..

@@mentality800 the problem with my movement is i shoot too soon, i even sometimes shoot before im on enemy ( rarely ). all my shooting error is blue

Sounds like you just need to slow it down, and take your time. This is typical for new players, just focus on training that you take your time. You can do this in dm, and just focus on shooting when you are not moving. And shoot when you stop. This just comes with time, but it is good to focus on it. Or else you wont be accurate, and you just have to put in some time to fix this or let it develop over time. These things take time to master.. but the first step is to recognize that this is a issue, and half the job is done allready. Many dont even think about this, its good you are working on this. I believe you got this...

@@mentality800 thank you for really puting efforts for your viewers, i have subscribed your channel now, im plat currently and have probably some good aim as im the top 90th percentile of aimers ( said by aimlabs and voltaic ). I regularly aim train ive been playing valorant for 6 months now, racing to plat, ik my gamesense is on par with my rank but my aim or mechanics lacks behind. I dont understand whats wrong. Im so good at aim training. Everyone says take your time, but im on enemys head in a single second. I think i have really bad movement errors

Yes i believe you are right, its the movement that is lacking. And it can also be how you peek, but the thing is that the best way to fix movement is by playing Valorant for movement focused practice, and you can do this by playing alot of dm. I did not get okay movement overnight, it took alot of practice. If you play dm, it is good for training movement. Because you get alot of fights all the time, and this is also good for crosshair placement. And this is gonna make you win more gun fights in general. And dont camp in a corner, just try to take as many fights as possible. Run where you feel is safe to run, and walk slower and move so you are ready to take the gun fight where you usually get to see the enemy on the map in dm. But focus on moving and stopping so you have the correct and most efficient, movement when a enemy pops out. The thing to understand here is that, of you are running around and a enemy pops out. You have moment that you need to stop. And that takes time, also to stop the movement. And on top of that your crosshair placement wont be pre aiming where the enemy is most probably gonna peek out from. So if you move in a way, that you dont have to stop but are more ready because you are not running and skip the whole step of stopping and then adjusting to the enemy. This is a concept i am working on now, took me years to see that this is important. It is kind of a advanced concept that you realize with in Game experience. So if you are moving in a way that curts down on the time where you have to stop and the adjust to the enemy, this ads time so if you can have better movement and pre aim the usual spots with crosshair at head level. You are gonna win alot more gunfights, try to do this for a week alot in dm. Just focus on this, and after a week keep doing it until you cant dont another way. Like its this simple, but finding this out and understand how to fix it takes time. But thats why you have all these guides online. But i feel that we lack guides that really explains this, in different ways. Also in depth, because for people who have played valo for years this seems like a simple concept. But it is not for new players, and people who dont have thousands of hours in fps games. But now that you want to get ut of plat, i have the recipe. First step is to understand that who ever makes the first move controls the opponent. So make plays, and control the battlefield by making the enemy play on your terms. And also, dont try to fill alot. A good way is to use duelists. Because you alone are gonna get yourself out of these ranks. As long as you have one smoner on the team the rest dont matter. And yes take the ult orbs, many people in these ranks dont see the value of the ult. And the next step is that in these ranks, its all about the gunfights. And people holding off angles, so i see that you are aim training and getting the top 90% means that your raw aim is better then most in these ranks. So play dm and practice all i wrote about in the first steps. And the second step is to try to take your time, for real people are Crouch spraying and not putting in the time to aim train. But remember like aim is like 20-30% only in valo, so dont just focus on that. Play also comp, and dont wait until you feel ready for comp. Just play it. And now the best part, the mental part. Dont care if you loose. Play without thinking what if, also what happens if i do this. Go inn dont think, let it happen. And do yourself a favour and look up the inner game of tennis book. Use those mindtricks, really understand those concepts. Its also on youtube. Because if the mind is not optimized, all the other training is wasted. Because they all depends on the state of the mind. And i do this out of passion, and i live to help others. I make videos people need. Thats why i am only at 1100 subs. If i wanted to grow i would just make videos that says get Radiant in one week with these tricks. And aim videos. But i dont, because all this takes time to develop. Its all down to how much do you want it! And all the time you put in, about time. Be careful with valo, dont let it takes away from more important stuff in life. And yes use valo, to improve the skills you need in life to get that money! Get comfortable in life, its all about getting far in life. Even if you get to immo rank like me, what does it give you? Not much, but if you use what you learn i valo to improve life, that is the best win kn my book. Because by learning how to get good at valo, you can learn anything else in life faster. Because you now know how to get better at stuff, its all about levelling up man. Life is just a game. If you master valo, life is simple to master. Facts😅
