And yasopp is an amazing sniper, so it would make sense for him to come from sniper island. Also Sogeking said he knew ussop, and yasopp does indeed know ussop.

That character that you meantion has a square nose and sniper king has a rounder nose like Ussop. More proof is that every once and a while sniper kings voice changes back and forth through Ussop and sniper king. And if you are still not convinced well then hear this: sniper king has the same goggles as Ussop and they also have the same hat. Another fact is they both use the slingshot and fight the same. They both had the same injuries in water 7 as you can see all the bandages on the nose and around the body like Ussop. Use your brain for once.
Ussop 1v1ed Luffy during Water 7(after getting robbed, jumped then jumped again by the dudes in Franky house then fought Luffy later that day while still injured). Saying dude isn’t brave by that point in the story is wild.
Soge King confirmed it himself that Usopp asked him to assist the Straw Hats and save Robin since Usopp couldn't bring himself to face Luffy and the others after what happened regarding Merry, makes a lot of sense if you think about it.
plus after timeskip when ussop shot the fake strawhats he saw he got fake sogeking if he was sogeking he will be confused and ask himself why is there a clone of himself but he was worried so he is not sogeking
