Mike, thanks so much, don't even know your father but still chokes me up seeing it in your eyes how much you love each other. It is easy to tell that he knows exactly where everything is in his shop.

What a gift to see your dad, his shop, and the level of professionalism he expects. I worked with machinist as a teenager in the early ‘80’s and saw first hand how they literally built America. Best wishes to him…

I live in south Louisiana Laplace I spun my prop in reserve canal last week I bought my prop to a guy he put a new hub in 10 minutes for me back fishing in no time

Hi Mike! Sonny here, from Wilmington, N.C. saying Yaheeeeee~!~ You and your dad are men after my own heart~!~ My two uncle were just like your father~!~ Uncle Joe opened a machine shop & foundry making the wing and tail ribs in the Boeing 747's, along with magnesium instrument cases for the 747's in the Los Angeles area. He and his son Jimmy, my cousin, had many contracts from the military as well. My other uncle Sal, was a lifelong machinist, fabricating specialty military parts/components. I am a 35 year Johnson/Evinrude tech. myself. And so when I see you, and your dad and your super shop,, I feel great~!~ I'm going to be 69 in February, and still feel the same as the first day working on the best ~egg beaters~ ever made~!~

I have a 68 Evenrude 9.5 Sportwin. Where can I find a hybrid (shear pin + Plastic Hub) kit for that? Or, just the plastic Hub...very informative, thanks!

The 3 props you tested are all for the same motor! Early 70s Johnson/rude 20-30hp. I have 2 I have spun, do you have any idea on the part # for the hub itself?
