The first Propaganda incarnation (Susan Freytag / Ralph Dörper / Andreas Thein) sounded at the time way more industrial and EBM than its subsequent new wave and clean version (with the new vocalist Claudia Brücken), once signed on ZTT Records. A change that will lead to the worldwide success of the 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗵 album.
Taken from the 2002 very limited edition of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗳 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗲 (under the moniker M:), this long-forgotten Throbbing Gristle's cover of « Discipline » was recorded in 1982, alongside other demos for 𝗔 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗵.
