Propagandhi is a Canadian punk band formed in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba in 1986 by Chris Hannah and Jord Samolesky. The band is currently located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. While their earlier work draws from the punk rock and skate punk tradition, recent Propagandhi records have moved towards a heavier, heavy metal-influenced sound. The band members are known for championing various anarchist causes and have taken an active stance against human rights violations, sexism, racism, homophobia, imperialism, fascism, capitalism and religion. The band supports vegan lifestyles and animal rights and are frequently involved and active in various forms of activism.

Thanks for not saying skatepunk. Who wants to just be a faded sticker on a skateboard. To me, I can't think of an album I like more. . 2 quote ME First and the Gimmie Gimmies covering Dillion times they are a-changing. "plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose." is also true

First punk album which actually made me rethink all I thought I knew. I was given a whole different perspective from the words they spoke. I began to question all I I was taught.

This was literally the first Propagandhi song I heard 29 years ago... Still resonates and means as much today as it did then. I remember seeing these guys for the first time in Winnipeg in 94. Transformative. Thank you guys.
