Excellent project, despite being a lot of work to do! Maybe it would be easier to do on a normal PCB, I mean, without holes, as it would avoid this bunch of wires.

Another thought for you. Arduino driving 144 LED/M WS2812B strip. That way you could have different colour hands, which could extend right to the edge!!

It remains to add a coil to the board and a magnet to the base to support the battery...

Hi I simply Love your Project. I would like to add the Tick tock sound to your pendulum clock. Can you guide me as to where in the code I can insert my Tick Tock code? You did not include many comments to your code, thus it is hard for me to determine where in the code I can insert the tick Tock sound code.. I want to drive a piezo right off the Arduino Nano. Any ideas? Which output pin I can use to do this? By the way I did not use point to point wiring, instead I designed a PCB.

Very nice pendulum clock hobby project, i love it, but would be nice if hour hand move like real analog clock for avoid false reading. For example 07.58 on your "hour hand" clock stay stil on 7, on real analog clock it must be close to 8. For people dont know behavior of your clock they will false reading the clock. Can you modified the code for this problem? Thank U, sorry for my english

How can it be make into AM AND PM

Looks like the code has changed. The sensorPin you say to put on pin D2. Code says A0. Also, you say 17 LEDs (D3 to D13 and A0 to A5). Code says 16 LEDs (D2 to D12 and A1 to A5). I soldered it up on a prototype board and it didn't work. I re-made it using bread board boxes, as shown here. Still didn't work. Looked into the code and saw the sensorPim = A0; line. It works like that, but mow there is a dead (um-assigned) LED in the middle. I couldn't spin the bread board boxes (sensor is on its own box), so I glued the magnet on the "propeller" and spun that instead and watched the LEDs on the box. It looks like they all flash, once per revolution. Seems to me they should flash a lot of times between A0 trigger. Don't know what to do now, but I want this to work. Any ideas? Oh, and I can't get the W130 sensor here in the US. I am using an A3144, instead. Triggers OK, though.
