Thank-you for this! Had no idea you could double up pads & machines. Completed my first aid/CPR with defib training and I forgot which sides the defib pads go.
So with the pads covering below the sternum (where you'd usually begin compressions) and there's no shockable rhythm, do you start compressions over the pads?
That's very good video 📹 👍. And the very end I know or I'm pretty sure you didn't SHOCK!!! Your helper. But when I was a EMT. There was a paramedic I read about. That's how he checked his Cardiac monitor/AED . Used the paddles touch his chest every shifted. Well the shifted before work a code and didn't set it back to monitor and he shock himself 300jouls and it knocked him into V-Fib his partner shocked him back carried his stupid ass to er he was fine 🙂 🙄. Moral of the story don't do stupid things like this.
