Welcome to our tour and review of Proper Eats Food Hall at Aria which replaced one of our former favorite buffets. Proper Eats has 9 restaurants and a bar. The hours are stated as 7 am - 11 pm, although most of them open at 11 am and those that serve breakfast items close earlier.
