Very good location for residence. Four lane highway near to it will make ISBT more closer to it. The only worrying think is your plot should not be near to Nala or Nadi.
Yes its good. Total pahadi locality. If you purchase plot there 2 years before you could easily get plot there at 13-15 k per gaz. But now its 19-23k per gaz… depending on location and size.
Nicely prepared slides.. compliments.. I never liked this whole of isbt area.. Muslim community is more .. isbt area look gives feeling of dust, traffic congestion.. its a mess.. to be avoided
