Aisa hai to nahin sir, ye hi price hai Aaj ki date mein. Jo unki price list par hai usi ke hisaab se daala hai. Negotiation, PLCs, Possession Charges and Registry charges ko include nahin Kiya hai.

@@PropNationIndia Sir mere family friend ka investment h jise last 6 months se nikalne ka try kr rhe lekin rate nhi mil rha. Ek meeting bhi hua tha 30.5 L pe jaha buyer 10K token dene k baad wapas nhi aaya. Reality ye h ki builder ka khud ka stock clear nhi hua h or mota commission de rha sales pe jabki resale me units kafi kam me bhi nhi nikal rhi.

@@pankajt yes sir that may be due to its location which will definitely be good in the coming time but currently it seems like in isolation. People who are selling in panic will definitely take a loss but those who can wait shall get good profits. It's the location of future not of the present. It needs to be understood.
