Property owner Ryan Loftus of Lofthouse Properties is in breach of contract ☹️😢 

We have leased a property with a written contract for 12 months. The lease contained no exclusions or limits on the leased property area. The property was 4.76 acres instead of the 5 acres advertised and described to us. The landlord installs power and water at the barn. The landlord enters the leased property without giving notice multiple times. The landlord moved another tenant onto the already leased property. The tenant was moved after 1 night of occupancy. The landlord moved a second tenant onto the already leased property. The tenant continues occupancy even after being notified of the agreement already in place and refuses to respond. The property management company refuses to remedy the additional tenant on the already leased land. The property management company has asserted on 10/14 that the barn area and the driveway are not a part of the leased area; this is in direct conflict with the written lease and the property walkthrough conducted at the initial showing. The additional tenant is inhibiting our right to private enjoyment of the leased property.
