While going through property return system , option of add new property surfaces Does that mean that property already mentioned in 2021 is not required to be mentioned again and that we have to enter only that proper that is acquired in 2022 or we need to add both

For all those government employees whose spouse is also a government employee, you have to mention their property too in your portal! Firstly the portal itself gives a declaration at the time of submitting whether you have mentioned each and everything about your property and have not hidden any property which belongs to you or your spouse etc. Secondly while mentioning any property, the website asks for owner name and relation. Thr portal already knows our names and CPIS codes, then why would it ask for the name and especially relation. The above two points clearly indicate that one has to mention his/her family's property too!
What about a residential house constructed on 1 kanal land in 4 marlas. should we go for land option if we dnt have any other land apart from that 1 kanal

Construction: Give only that amount which is incurred on construction. Present value: give market rate or Govt Rate. Enter in remarks about whether u give market or Govt rates

Mention it in other details if u are supposed to get share in it. Also if Ur father and siblings are dependent on u mentioned in in main property details.

Agar property return form khalat teraqe se bar k submet kar dia gaia ho to us ko dobara se adit kar k correct kar sakte hain ager correct ho sakta hai to hume batao
What if Both Husband and Wife are employees Shall they only mention what is in their name separately or both have to show what is in their name together

@Suhaib Ul Sabah if u read GPF rules & regulation 1960, and NPS rules since .... Besides check NPS Statements..... It's clear they are investment.... Many people are not writing one thing or other, some are writing even zero in savings... That is their concern. We just have to justify our Assets.

Ur email is already entered by some other employee in CPIS. Currently there is no option to find the detail of employee using ur email. U are advised to create new mail and register that in ur CPIS.
Thanks for your video sir. what about the property like land and house which is still in name of my deceased father? He died more than 15 years back without any will. I have a married sister also. Ďo i have to mention those things also. Both my parents retired as govt employees and my mother is receiving a decent family pension and hence not dependent on me financially. Do i have to mention property owned by mother also? I haven't inherited legally anything as yet. Thanks for patience

Sir, if the parents of an employee are still alive and property is in their name what an employee have to show preferably date of acquisition if it will be supposed that the property will be changed to the name of employee son after the death of patents, please guide so that task is completed in time
