It was a very pleasant surprise for me coming back to the township, seeing so much progress not only in terms of hardware, but software as well. With the brand new highway, new phases of homes, new hypermarket, new school, new commercial area and new launches, Eco Tropics is now a brand new address for living.
On top of their signature development elements such as the grand entrance, landscape features, architectural languages and etc, I love the consistency of execution. From Penang, to Klang Valley, and Johor, customers will receive products of equal quality.
The only difference to this product would be the emphasis on the indoor-outdoor relationship. From the ground floor and upper floor bedrooms, you get outdoor connection. But in order to accommodate that design intent, the interior spaces didn't felt as spacious because the bathrooms are pushed into the house.
