In this location with confusing identity, it's just filled with lots of excitement. The high density of corporate offices occupied by lots of hi-tech companies is very exciting for investors as that will be the main source of expat tenants. Then you also have great accessibility as this site is located between NPE, Federal Highway as well as Kerinchi highway. Plus residences around get access to the LRT as well.
