Although we have been to Cheras mulitple times now, but it's still amazing to see the demand for the location is still overwheming. But for Lavile, the story is a little peculiar due to it's neighbouring project that got all the wrong attention.
I strongly believe if this project was not caught within the lockdown, it would be a superb project. This is judged based on the material specifications and design intent of the spaces. However, the presentation of the project was subpar due to the limited labour, time and other resources.
From the project, we learnt that we must be really aware about the neighbouring empty plots around the project we wish to invest. Because we will never know how a road turned into an apartment. Also we learnt to be patient be developers that were caught within the pandemic, especially the ones like this who are obviously doing the best they can beyond their scope of responsibility.
