Since our last time here, things has progressed tremendously well. The new school has 100+ students, the KL East Park has a long waiting list for people to visit after winning several awards, the KL East mall has achieved 100% occupancy, the new SPE highway has been completed along with the GITT terminal. After all that, a new launch seems logical and they introduced The Reya but they will need to figure out how to ease the congestion into the township. The team has confirmed a U-turn along the bridge but not too sure when it will be constructed yet.
The view cannot get any better than this. At the back you have the Quartz Ridge surrounded by forest reserved, at the front you'll have KL Skyline. At the front drop off, it will be a cascaded terrace of forest into the building. Just too bad I will need to make a choice between both as a resident. I would strongly recommend a viewing deck that allows both views to be enjoyed by everyone.
Within the unit layout, I'm loving all the small yet impactful innovations for eg the ramp from the corridor, the nook within the corridor into the rooms, the partition of the kitchen, and the flexibility of the plus one work space that can be made into a walk-in wardrobe. But as the building is designed within a hill, the levels of facilities can get very confusing. Of course, there will always be a stigma of hillside developments being affected by rain causing landslides.
But personally, I am very impressed with the team's effort in balancing between nature, development, and the socio economics with the location. It is just so convenient to be living in location, as well as to raise a family.
