What is the status of the home now? did it sell recently????

Yeah, it's listed off the market. Emilia Clarke had to sell at less than what she paid for it. Which was too much, anyway.

There is a pic of her posing in it. But I think it was mostly an investment for her as she started renting out a short time after buying it.

Music far too loud, lose it, very poor presentation.

Not a fan of the staging decor. It should be plusher and more contemporary. Not rustic or hippie style with the tacky pillows and wooden bed with unattractive master bedroom decor. That style doesn't match the architecture build. All that aside, it's definitely a bachelor pad with no double sink and one car garage. Therefore, I can see why the price was marked down a bit.
