Hi Pastor Doug! Can you do me a favor? Please tell Karen (which is also my name) that she looks GREAT!?...Looks like she lost a few pounds! Even if her weight doesn't really matter, she looks much healthier! Please let her know that I'm 60, put on some weight in 2021...trying to get healthier and follow the food laws right now...I must say this is THE hardest part of being a 7th Day Adventist...I love meat for starters! But I am getting there with God's help! Anyway, Karen looks great! So beautiful too!
