Hi! I am new Buddhist but I have the great respect to Islam and all muslims. Ya, Buddha ever told us about Maitreya, but Maitreya can't be the same person with Prophet Muhammad. One of the attributes of Buddha is "Sammasambuddho", which means "Fully self-enlightened". According to Islam, prophet is the messenger of God, who hears the teaching from God and then he spreads it to people. According to Buddhism, Buddha finds dhamma BY HIMSELF and he is able to TEACH PEOPLE TOO. Then, how can PROPHET be the same one with BUDDHA? Tripitaka says that Maitreya Buddha will come after the teaching of our present Gautama Buddha is gone, people will be worse, kill each other, harm each other, until some of them will improve themselves, the world will become better, then Maitreya will come. And Maitreya is not the last one, there will be many Buddhas in the future. But we know that we still have tripitaka and good followers... Buddha's practice is different from Prophet Muhammad. For the easiest example, Buddha and monks need to be chaste, they can't even touch a woman but Prophet Muhammad had wives and children. And the most important thing is the concept of Islam and Buddhism is very different. Buddha said about 4 noble truths, but Prophet Muhammad didn't say about 4 noble truths. And when Prophet Muhammad said about Creator God, Buddha said about paticcasamuppada. For buddhism, everything is anatta, but Islam accepts atta or soul. And for the cosmology, we are different too. Buddhists learn that there are 3 spheres, sense, form and formless sphere. Nirvana is out of sphere. The way to achieve nirvana is not similar to any religion. There have been many Buddha's since. He never professed that Buddha's would cease to exist. Religious teachers who try to discredit other religions are not men of god, only false preachers. Intolerance of other religions is the same as racism. It is not welcome in this world. Hopefully one day this guy will understand that, alongside those in other religions who have his belief. The Prophet (ﷺ) said : إِنَّ مِنْ أَحَبِّكُمْ إِلَيَّ وَأَقْرَبِكُمْ مِنِّي مَجْلِسًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَحَاسِنَكُمْ أَخْلَاقًا Indeed the most beloved among you to me, and the nearest to sit with me on the Day of Judgment is the best of you in character. (Jami'at Tirmidhi : 2018)

it is important to note that the Lord Buddha mentioned that he was NOT a God,NOT a son of God,NOT a messenger of God,and NOT a prophet of God. Lord Buddha never claimed to be any of those things. He is a human being who attained enlightenment (the understanding and realization of the universal truth) and attained Nirvana,and preached it to others. Lord Buddha did not claim to get this knowledge from God or a higher power. He,and all other Buddhas got and will get this knowledge through their own wisdom and effort. This was not the case for Prophet Muhammad(SAW). And according to Buddhism,a Buddha appears in a timely manner,when there is a need for such wisdom in the world. Therefore there is a large time gap between the appearance of each Buddha. Lord Buddha appeared 2500 years ago and Prophet Muhammad(SAW) appeared 1400 years ago,which means there is a very small time gap,and there was no need for another all knowing one in such a short time period,because Buddhism was established and therefore the wisdom was spread to people. Above all,it’s important to note once again that a Buddha(englightened one) and a prophet of God are entirely two different things. However,even as a Buddhist, i highly respect Prophet Muhammad(SAW)since he was an admirable person.

contradictions in the Bible It is mentioned in the 2nd Kings, Chapter No.8, Verse No.26, it says that ‘Ahezia, he was 22 years old, when he began to reign.’ ­­­­­­2nd Chronicles, Chapter No. 22, Verse No. 2, says that… ‘He was 42 years old, when he began to reign.’ ­­­­­­Was he 22 years old, or was he 42 years old? - Mathematical contradiction. ­­­­­­Further more, in 2nd Chronicles, Chapter No. 21, Verse No. 20, it says that… ‘Joaram, the father of Ahezia, he reigned at the age of 32 - and he reigned for 8 years, and he died at the age of 40. ­­­­­Immediately… Ahezia became the next ruler at the age of 42. ­­­­­­ Father died at the age of 40 - Immediately son takes over, who is at the age of 42. ­­­­­­How can a son, be two years older than the father?’ ­­­­­­Believe me even… even in Hollywood film, you will not be able to produce it. ­­­­­ In Hollywood film, you can produce a ‘unicorn’ which I mentioned in my talk. ­­­­­­ Unicorn… you can have Coccrodyasis, which the Bible speaks about, Concrodyasis and dragons and serpents. ­­­­­­But in Hollywood you cannot even show a son, being two years older than the father. ­­­­­­It cannot even be a miracle - Even in miracles; it is not possible - Impossible. ­­­­­­In miracle, you can have a person being born of a virgin birth - but in miracle you cannot have a son being older than the father, by 2 years.­­­­­­ Further if you read - it is mentioned in the Bible, in 2nd Samuel Chapter No 24, Verse No 9, that… ‘The people that were involved in the battlefield. ­­­­­ It gives a list of these people, in 2nd Samuel, Chapter 24, Verse No. 9, and it says that… ‘People that took part 800 thousand of the men of Israel, took part - and 500 thousand of the men of Judah same.’ If you see other places, 1st Chronicle, Chapter 21, Verse No. 5, it says that… ‘1 million - Hundred thousand people took part in the battle field, from the men of Israel - and ten thousand four hundred and sixty men took part of Judah.’ ­­­­­­Was it 800 thousand people who took part from the men of Israel, or was it 1 million - 100 thousand? ­­­­­­ Was it 5 lakh people of Judah that took part or 10,460? ­­­­­­A clear-cut contradiction. Further more, it is mentioned in the Bible in 2nd Samuel, Chapter No. 6, Verse No 23, that… ‘Michael the daughter of Saul - she had no sons’ - 2nd Samuel’, Chapter 21, Verse No. 8… ‘Michael the daughter of Saul had 5 sons.’ ­­­­­­One place it says… ‘No children, no son, no daughter’ - Other place… ‘5 sons.’ ­­­­­­Further more if you read, it is mentioned in Gospel of Mathew, Chapter No. 1, Verse No. 16 - it says about the genealogy of Jesus Christ peace be upon him - as well as Luke Chapter No. 3, Verse No. 23, and it says that… Jesus’ father, that is Joseph - his father was Jacob’ - Mathew, Chapter 1, Verse 16. ­­­­­­And Luke, Chapter No 3, Verse No 23… Jesus’ father… Joseph - his father was Hailey. ­­­­­­Did Jesus’ father… Joseph, had two fathers ? ­­­­­­ What do you call a person who has got two fathers ? ­­­­­­Or was it Hailey - or was it Jacob ? ­­­­­­Clear-cut contradiction.

Buddha didn’t said this Buddha said that anybody can be a buddh and you have to be your own light. I can be Buddha and I have to meditate enough for that but many people would not do that they will just follow any teachings gives to them and will cling to them. Just meditate and find the truth for yourself

What I don't understand here is if it is a prophecy it has to come before something is predicted. If you say something that has already been said it wouldn't be a prediction....Siddhartha gautama Buddha was born 2,500 years ago ...prophet Mohamed PBUH was born 1,400 years ago ....so how on earth can what the prophet said be a prophecy on buddhism ....bcoz buddha had already said what he said 2,500 years ago.

Concept of God in Islam Monotheism, belief in one God, is the most important and foundational concept in Islam. Muslims believe in one God who created the universe and has power over everything within it. He is unique and exalted above everything He creates, and His greatness cannot be compared to His creation. Furthermore, He is the only one deserving of any worship and the ultimate purpose of all creation is to submit to Him. The Islamic understanding of God is distinct from all other religions and beliefs in various respects since it is based on a pure and clear understanding of monotheism. This essentially captures the concept of God in Islam, which will be further elaborated in this pamphlet. Muslims often refer to God as Allah. This is a universal name for God and does not refer to an exclusively ‘Islamic’ God. Interestingly, this name is related to the Aramaic and Hebrew names for God, Allaha and Elohim. Therefore, Allah is simply the Arabic name for God which affirms that He is One singular God with no partners or equals. The name Allah cannot be pluralized or limited to a specific gender, which establishes that God is One and that He is unique from everything He creates. Muslims continue to use this original Arabic name for God (Allah) since it perfectly expresses His unique qualities. God is the Creator and the Sustainer of the universe who created everything for a reason. Muslims believe that He created humankind with a simple purpose - to worship Him. He sent messengers to guide people in fulfilling this purpose. Some of these messengers include Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad, peace be upon all of them. They all taught a consistent message about God by affirming His greatness as the Creator and guiding people to worship Him alone. When the final prophet, Muhammad, peace be upon him (pbuh), was asked about God, the answer came directly from God in the holy book of Muslims, the Quran (also spelled ‘Koran’): “Say, ‘He is God the One, God the eternal. He begot no one nor was He begotten. No one is comparable to Him.’” [112:1-4] This is a clear statement by God describing Himself to humanity without any room for confusion. God is One and is exalted above everything He creates and He is capable over all things. Fully accepting the oneness of God is to accept that He is distinct from everything else. It would not suit God’s majesty and glory to associate the limited attributes of His creation to Him because He is not restricted in any way, while His creation is. He is the First with no beginning and the Last with no end. Everything in the universe was created by His will. He is not confined by space or time and He is the only One who is in control and provides for His creation. “He is God: there is no god other than Him. It is He who knows what is hidden as well as what is in the open, He is the Lord of Mercy, the Giver of Mercy. He is God: there is no god other than Him, the Controller, the Holy One, Source of Peace, Granter of Security, Guardian over all, the Almighty, the Compeller, the Truly Great; God is far above anything they consider to be His partner. He is God: the Creator, the Originator, the Shaper. The best names belong to Him. Everything in the heavens and earth glorifies Him: He is the Almighty, the Wise.” [Quran, 59:22-24] Why did God create people whom He already knew would reject Him and go to hell? Shouldn’t God who is All Loving instead not create them so that they won’t go through punishment? These are some common questions connected to this topic. Answered by Nouman Ali Khan Pure Monotheism “God: there is no god but Him, the Ever Living, the Ever Watchful. Neither slumber nor sleep overtakes Him. All that is in the heavens and in the earth belongs to Him. Who is there that can intercede with Him except by His leave? He knows what is before them and what is behind them, but they do not comprehend any of His knowledge except what He wills. His throne extends over the heavens and the earth; it does not weary Him to preserve them both. He is the Most High, the Tremendous.” [Quran, 2:255] The primary pillar of Islamic belief clearly states that there is nothing worthy of worship except God. Associating partners with God or attributing qualities of lesser beings to Him is considered to be the greatest sin in Islam. In the past, this often took the form of idol worship or praying to multiple lesser gods. Although this is less common now, the current era has replaced many of the physical ‘idols’ of the past with other contemporary ‘gods.’ Many people today allow passions like entertainment, drugs, relationships or material objects to become the center of their lives. They become so consumed with these things that they submit to whatever will allow them to fulfill their desires. For example, if a drug addict allows their addiction to control their actions, beliefs, feelings, and behaviors, causing them to risk their personal safety and the safety of others, that drug has essentially become their god. Likewise, if another person puts a loved one before God by obeying that person even if that causes them to transgress against God’s commands, their loved one has taken precedence over God. Islam teaches that people should completely submit only to God as He is the only One worthy of their worship. He is the Creator and Sustainer of the universe and everything in it belongs to Him. The Quran points out the faulty thinking of those who worship other than God: “‘How can you worship things you carve with your own hands, when it is God who has created you and all your handiwork?’” [37:95-96]

BIBLE AS GOD'S WORD ❓ Can God be the author of confusion and contradiction? i) I John 5:7 which hinted at the Trinity is taken out of every modern version of the Bible as it is not to be found in the most ancient manuscripts (that they have access to today). There is therefore no longer any verse in the Bible which preaches three gods as one. The Koran preaches that God is one indivisible, and not a trinity ( Koran 4:171) ii) II Samuel 24 :1 says that God incited David to number Israel . I Chronicles 21:1 says that Satan incited David to number Israel. God and Satan are not synonymous. iii) II Chronicles 36:9 says that Jehoiachin was 8 years old when he became king. II Kings 24:8 says Jehoiachin was 18 years old when he became king. A difference of 10 years iv) II Samuel 10:18 talks about David slew the men of 700 chariots of the Syrians and 40,000 horsemen and Shobach the commander. I Chronicles 1:18 says that David slew the men of 7000 chariots and 40,000 footmen Contradiction: one says 700 the other 7000. One says 40,000 horsemen(cavalry), the other 40,000 footmen (infantry). v) I Chronicles 9:25 says that Solomon had 4000 stalls for horses and chariots. I Kings 4:26 says that he had 40,000 stalls for horses A difference of 36,000. vi) Ezra 2:5 talks about an exile Arah having 775 sons. Nehemiah 7:10 talks about the same exile Arah having 652 sons. vii) John the Baptist contradicts Jesus. According to Jesus, John the Baptist was Elijah in his 2nd coming Matthew 17:11. John the Baptist denied being Elijah when the priests and Levites questioned him (John 1:19-21). viii) Was Jesus put on a cross (Stauron in Greek) Mark 15:11 or on a tree (Ksulon in Greek) I Peter 2:24 ix) John 3:13 Jesus says that none has ascended into heaven except the son of man who descended from heaven. This contradicts II Kings 2:11 which says that Elijah ascended into heaven. x) Genealogy of Jesus. a) From David to Jesus 41 names (generations) are given by Matthew [although he claims there are 42] as against the 26 names [generations] given by Luke [Luke 3]. A difference of 15 whole generations in the genealogy of the same man. Matthew mentions that Jesus was the seed of David through Solomon while Luke says that Jesus was the seed of David through Nathan [Solomon's brother]. This is a contradiction as the seed of David could never reach Jesus through Solomon and his brother Nathan at the same time. According to Matthew Jesus' grandfather is Jacob [the father of Joseph] while according to Luke it is Heli. xi) Luke doesn't claim inspiration of his Gospel by God. He wrote it because he knew of the events and it "seemed good to him" ( Luke 1:1-5). Also see I Corinthians 7:25 where Paul, in this specific case says that he's informing without God's commandment. II Timothy 3:16 is presented to "prove" that all of the Bible is God's inspiration, the above 2 references apart from the many others disprove that. The point is that the Bible itself doesn't claim to be completely from God (as a whole by name). That is what the Muslim point of view is also. Since God is all- Knowing and isn't the author of confusion, the above references cannot be from God. "How can you say that we are wise and that the law of the Lord is with us but behold, the false pen of the scribe has made it into a lie." Bible. Jeremiah 8:8 "Woe to those who write the Book with their own hands and then say:"This is from God", that they may trade it for some miserable gain. So woe to them for what their hands do write and woe to them for what they gain with it." Koran 2:79 This paper is not intended to be an attack on the Bible but is supposed to be an objective study and is recommended to be used as such. Indeed if similar mistakes were found in the Koran, I would gladly reject it as being God's word based on its own test: "Do they not carefully consider the Koran? If it had been for anyone other than Allah (God), it would contain many contradictions. " (Koran 4:82) May God guide us always closer to the truth. BIBLE PEACE: 20:29-30 The Israelites smite 100,000 Syrian soldiers in one day. A wall falls on 27,000 remaining Syrians . 2KI NGS2:23-24 Forty-two children are mauled and killed, presumably according to the will of God, for having jeered at a man of God. .2KI NGS5:27 Elisha curses Gehazi and his descendants forever with leprosy. .2KINGS 6:29 "So we cooked my son and ate him. The next day I said to her, 'Give up your son so we may eat him,' but she had hidden him

Muhammad is not future Buddha because Buddha Shakyamuni teaching still exist and Buddha said there cannot be two founders Buddha in same Era. in Sutra it clearly said when humanity extinct by Seven suns after millions of years later new humanoid will rise again their life span is 10 years only and thier body size will be size of the hand and that time the future Buddha Maitreya will come and turn the wheel of the Dharma.

Then how would Buddha teachings and Islam are so different? I bet you can't answer this question.

Some Christians claim that the Quran has a scientific error in it regarding sperm production This is incorrect again. The critic focuses on the verses 86:6-7, especially verse 7 as this is where their contention is directed. The critic claims the Quran (86:7) is telling us that semen is produced between the backbone (sulb) and the ribs (tara’ib). The Arabic words mentioned by the Quran are sulb and tara’ib. Tara’ib is thought to mean ribs, though there is some dispute. However, the chief point of interest is the word sulb. Sulb can be translated as ‘loins’ or ‘backbone’ or ‘lower back’. The critic favours the translations which use the word ‘backbone’ as they use it to attack the Quran by claiming the Quran teaches that semen is produced between the backbone (sulb) and the ribs (tara’ib). However, the critic is very selective in deciding which translation to use as he/she avoids the numerous translations which translate ‘sulb’ as ‘loins’. They avoid these translations as they scupper their critical claims straight away as loins. Here, the word loins refers to: a. The region of the hips, groin, and lower abdomen. b. The reproductive organs. (1) So the critic refrains from using this translation for the word sulb as it is clearly scientifically accurate, ie the semen is produced in the are between the loins and ribs. So, if we translate the Quran (86:7) this way there is no contention. The misleading methodology of the critic is to avoid mention of the numerous translations which translate the word sulb as loins. Not only do they avoid mentioning the numerous translations using the word ‘loins’ they highlight translations which use the word ‘backbone’. This is rather deceptive, especially considering a number of non-Muslim translators, including a Christian translator, translates it as ‘loins’ ( A.J Arberry, George Sale, J.M Rodwell and Henry E Palmer) as well as a number of Muslim translators who also use the word loins (Hamid S Aziz, Muhammad M Ghali, Muhammad M Pickthall and Mohammad Asad) (4). It is unscholarly as well as misleading on the part of the critic not to mention this important fact. However, the critic does use Abdullah Yusuf Ali’s translation which translates it as ‘backbone’, therefore rendering a meaning of between the backbone and ribs. So the critic understands the Quran as teaching us that semen is produced between the backbone and ribs. In the way of intellectual honesty I do not want the reader to believe that only Abdullah Yusuf Ali translates this verse by using the word ‘backbone’, Shakir and Khan/Hilali also do this. The question still remains; which word should be used in the translation? Well, the critic does not tell you that Dr Edward William Lane’s Lexicon indicates the word sulb’ to mean ‘loins’ and even refers to the verse in question (86:7) as referring to the ‘loins’. So it does seem that the more accurate translation of this would be “between the loins and the ribs” as opposed to “between the backbone and the ribs” (4). Hence the critic uses the weaker translation. However, even if we assume the critic to be correct and take the translation; “between the backbone and the ribs” we still see no scientific error. The critic assumes that the ejaculate (semen) emanates from the testes, this is incorrect. Sperm is produced in the testes and is then transfered to the seminal vesicles awaiting ejaculation, the=is accounts for 5 % of the ejaculate, the rest of the ejaculate comes from the seminal vesicles (46-80%),with the prostate gland and the bulbourethral and urethral glands producing the rest of the ejaculate (2). At the time of ejaculation, all this (semen, which contains the sperm) is released From the seminal vesicles which are in fact between the backbone (coccyx, lower back) and the ribs! So if we run with the translation of the critics we see something that people would describe as a scientific miracle and not a scientific error. Osama Abdallah says the same thing but goes into a little more detail (bracketing is mine): “If one was to insist upon the literal meaning (the translation favoured by the critics), one would still find that the Quran is 100% correct literally, too. The seminal vesicles are anterior to the sacrum and coccyx (lower back, loin) and the ribs are anterior to the seminal vesicles. If one was to draw a line from the tip of the coccyx, to the upper portion of the seminal vesicle _ either one of the two_ and extend the line forward it will catch the ribcage.The seminal vesicles from which the semen spurts out during coitus, lies between the ribs and the coccyx (backbone)!” (3) The irony is that the critics accuse the Quran of making a scientific error yet the error is on their part as they only believe it to be an error as they wrongly believe semen emanates from the testes, while in fact in emanates from the seminal vesicles which are in between the backbone and the ribs! So now we all know the critics are being unfair, unscholarly and misleading when they claim the Quran (86:6-7) tells us that semen is produced in the kidneys etc.

But there are infinite number of buddhas in the future and past, so it never ends at one buddha

Buddha's concept of God is as the 'highest state of existence' or Nirvana which is a universal entity of superconsciousness, present everywhere in his universe and also within everyone, in the core of our soul, . Muslim concept of God is someone called Allah but is not portrayed as a universal entity. Buddhist concept is hence universal and therefore superior.

But to facilitate the people who speak other dialects, in their understanding and comprehension, Allah revealed the Quran finally in seven dialects of Arabic. During the period of Caliph Uthman (third successor to the Prophet) differences in reading the Quran among the various tribes became obvious, due to the various dialectical recitations. Dispute was arising, with each tribe calling its recitation as the correct one. This alarmed Uthman, who made an official copy in the Quraishi dialect, the dialect in which the Quran was revealed to the Prophet and was memorized by his companions. Thus this compilation by Uthman's Committee is not a different version of the Quran (like the Biblical versions) but the same original revelation given to the Prophet by One God, Allah. Narrated Anas bin Malik: Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman came to Uthman at the time when the people of Sham (Syria) and the people of Iraq were waging war to conquer Armenia and Azherbijan. Hudhaifa was afraid of their differences in the recitation of the Quran, so he said to Uthman, 'O chief of the Believers! Save this nation before they differ about the Book (Quran) as Jews and Christians did before'. So Uthman sent a message to Hafsa saying, 'Send us the manuscripts of the Quran so that we may compile the Quranic materials in perfect copies and return the manuscripts to you'. Hafsa sent it to Uthman. 'Uthman then ordered Zaid bin Thabit, 'Abdullah bin Az-Zubair, Said bin Al-As and Abdur Rahman bin Harith bin Hisham to rewrite the manuscripts in perfect copies. Uthman said to the three Quraishi men, 'In case you disagree with Zaid bin Thabit on any point in the Quran, then write it in their (Quraishi) tongue'. They did so, and when they had written many copies, Uthman sent to every Muslim province one copy of what they had copied and ordered that all the other Quranic materials whether written in fragmentary manuscripts or whole copies, be burnt…" [29] Again a very stringent criteria was set up by this Committee to prevent any alteration of the Revelation. 1. The earlier recension (Original copy prepared by Abu Bakr) was to serve as the principal basis of the new one. [30] 2. Any doubt that might be raised as to the phrasing of a particular passage in the written text was to be dispelled by summoning persons known to have learned the passage in question from the Prophet. [31] 3. Uthman himself was to supervise the work of the Council. [32] When the final recension was completed, Uthman sent a copy of it to each of the major cities of Makka, Damascus, Kufa, Basra and Madina. The action of Uthman to burn the other copies besides the final recension, though obviously drastic, was for the betterment and harmony of the whole community and was unanimously approved by the Companions of the Prophet. Zaid ibn Thabit is reported to have said: "I saw the Companions of Muhammad (going about) saying, 'By God, Uthman has done well! By God, Uthman has done well!" [33] Another esteemed Companion Musab ibn Sad ibn Abi Waqqas said: "I saw the people assemble in large number at Uthman's burning of the prescribed copies (of the Quran), and they were all pleased with his action; not a one spoke out against him". [34] Ali ibn Abu Talib, the cousin of the Prophet and the fourth successor to the Prophet commented: "If I were in command in place of Uthman, I would have done the same". [35] Of the copies made by Uthman, two still exist to our day. One is in the city of Tashkent, (Uzbekistan) and the second one is in Istanbul (Turkey). Below is a brief account of both these copies: 1. The copy which Uthman sent to Madina was reportedly removed by the Turkish authorities to Istanbul, from where it came to Berlin during World War I. The Treaty of Versailles, which concluded World War I, contains the following clause: 'Article 246: Within six months from the coming into force of the present Treaty, Germany will restore to His Majesty, King of Hedjaz, the original Koran of Caliph Othman, which was removed from Madina by the Turkish authorities and is stated to have been presented to the ex-Emperor William II". [36] 'This manuscript then reached Istanbul, but not Madina (Where it now resides)'. [37] 2. The second copy in existence is kept in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. 'It may be the Imam (master) manuscript or one of the other copies made at the time of Uthman'. [38] It Came to Samarkand in 890 Hijra (1485) and remained there till 1868. Then it was taken to St.Petersburg by the Russians in 1869. It remained there till 1917. A Russian orientalist gave a detailed description of it, saying that many pages were damaged and some were missing. A facsimile, some 50 copies, of this mushaf (copy) was produced by S.Pisareff in 1905. A copy was sent to the Ottoman Sultan 'Abdul Hamid, to the Shah of Iran, to the Amir of Bukhara, to Afghanistan, to Fas and some important Muslim personalities. One copy is now in the Columbia University Library (U.S.A.). [39] 'The Manuscript was afterwards returned to its former place and reached Tashkent in 1924, where it has remained since'. [40]

When Ananda ask who will lead us when you died... Buddha replied follow the religion and go on the road of religion it will lead you and take care of anyone who behave the right way...

I don't understand how this guy makes such stupid and senseless claim, The Buddha himself rejected the idea of a creator god, and Buddhist philosophers have even argued that belief in an eternal god is nothing but a distraction for humans seeking enlightenment. The Maitri will be the successor of Buddha, did Muhammad ever mention that he is the successor of buddha, Muhammad did not even know about buddhism as the Quran doesn't mention anything about buddha. This is wrong information buddha never spoke or taught about muhamed. If You want to know the real teachings of The Buddha read Tipitaka which is buddhist bible. The future buddha is teaching now in tushita heaven and it Will happens millions of years For him to emerge.

The final mental state(understnding) of buddhism is nirvana. Not heaven paradise or anything. Nirvana is stoping being born again. So if u die being enlightened, u wont be born again. Thts nirvana. Maybe Dr.Zakir, and other moslem preachers who also said this, are emanations of Bodhisattvas, who are trying to save the moslems by incorporating the Buddha as the highest Divinity figure in Buddhism, into islam. Because in Buddhism scriptures, it is said that among the compassionate acts of every Bodhisattva to save every deluded sentient being, one of the acts is to emanate amongst the believers of other spiritual teachings & slowly guide them into the truth of Buddha's teachings. It is also said in the scripture that whoever hear the word "Buddha" will eventually & definitely become a Buddha himself in the future.

What this man says is that in the Buddhist scriptures the Buddha has predicted the arrival of a messiah by the name of Maithree and that, that is prophet Mohammed. What is strange about this is that he is ready to believe the scriptures as far as the arrival of the messiah is concerned. But he is not ready to believe the preachings of the Buddha. What sort of logic is this. How can one part be true while the rest of it is untrue. Either both are true or both are untrue. You have to be able to think a bit if you have the abilty to think. Please give it a little thought if you can.what i can see is that you have a photographic memory and keep preaching from memory without understanding the underlying message. The literary meaning is not what the underlying message is. For example i think there is a belief in Islam (i have not read the Qur'an but heard this after the Easter bomb blast) that if someone kills others and kills himself then that person goes to heaven. (I think this must be a quote from the Qur'an. I may be wrong). When taken literally this is a heinous crime. But the underlying message is (as i see it) that if someone realises that there is no being outside( kills others) and kills himself(realises that there is no self) then he goes to heaven (in Islam and Christianity) or attains nibbana. (as in Buddhism.) In Christianity or Islam there is no belief about a personified god.(i know this is blasphemy according to you). What the Buddha, the Jesus and the prophet Mohammed said was " have trust in me"(my preachings) and follow them and you will realise the truth yourself. (The Buddha overcame death and birth and anyone can come to this state if one sees the truth in this life itself, the Jesus rose from the dead and both the Jesus and the prophet Mohammed promised eternal life). (This eternal life is not after your death at the end of life but while being alive, here and now in this life.) The belief in a personified god is a mind made concept. There is a force which creates an illusion and that is nature. If you want to call it Allah or Almighty god so be it. But Mohomed the prophet in his wisdom prohibited Allah being depicted in any form or made in to a statue as nature cannot be made in to any form like a statue or caricature . The Buddha never condoned idolatry and preached that, that is foolish. But human nature is such that when a disaster hits you, you would seek relief from anything. Be it praying, worshipping offerings of thinghs to any higher being even if it is only a statue.(this higher being is again your own imagination). If Allah is a personified thing with mercy will he ever create people like Hitler and various others who not only killed millions of humans but other creatures as well. Will he wreak havoc by way of earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, famines and viruses like Corona where even the so called pious are not spared the suffering of this wordly life. If there is any freedom from this suffering in this wordly life it should be something that can be attained here and now. Who want any freedom after their death.So this freedom and eternal life that the Buddha, the Jesus and the prophet Mohammed preached is something that is reachable while you are here. Think Dr Naik. Nature is nature and if you realise that as long as there is someone to observe (self) then good thinghs and bad thinghs happen irrespective of how good you are. Tha Jesus was born to virgin Mary. This means that the "Jesus" was not a person but a state of the mind of someone who is enlightened. Similarly that is why god is not a personified item and it is said that the god is present everywhere and even In the flowers, the cascading waterfalls as they are all part of nature or god or Allah. Man and everything else is said to have been created by god. This creation of the illusory mind happens all the time and happens one thought after another and that is why it is called a circle of birth and death which happens continously.The day you realise that this is an illusion of the illusory mind (yes it is a paradox) you will be able to liberate yourself from yourself. Hi, I am a Buddhist, you said that there is a prophet about "maitree bodhisatwa". yes there is a prophet about that. but you have missed a special part of that prophesy. it also says that after preset lord budha's maha parnirwana (gauthama buddha). his dharma will stand in this world for another 5000 years. in that time human life expectancy is about 10 years. then 'kalpa winasha' will happen after that again human life expectance will increase. after about a 'kalpa' time 'maitree bodhisatwa' will be born and make the world a better place. As you have studied the surface of every religion I belive you know how much time period is kalpa means. for those who doesn't know it's about an infinity years.
