What’s the point in “hooping”!?!? Just give the word. I can’t take him seriously. Smh. Black people we have come so far, however, there’s more growth which needs to happen!
Paul Barbour the WORD doesn’t need our hooping! HE stands alone! The Bible doesn’t mention hooping; that’s something we added to emotionalize the scripture! The scriptures don’t need our extra nonsense. Hooping is often distracting and you can’t receive the word they’re “speaking”!

Paul Barbour I have known problem with whooping. But to open up the text from which you quoted, 1 Cor. 1:21, it says “ it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. In other words no matter the motive of the preacher, as long as the Word is being preached , God is pleased to save those who still believe. Many preachers preach to entertain, many preach to get a following, many preach to get a big offering. As long as the the True Word or Sound Doctrine is being preached, the power in The Word of God overrides the foolishness!!
