Alot of things play a factor. Are you a solo agent or are you on a team. You get what you put into it. Remember its a numbers game. You are your own boss. If you dont close a deal its your fault you make $0 its your fault. But if you make 100k guess what its your fault. Its a hard pill to swallow.

@@bpm113yt sadly you do. Each state has different requirements and laws so you have to get a separate license per state.

I thought all you had to do was take a class and pass a couple a test then you were a real estate agent why does it take so long to start?

You are absolutely right. All you have to do is take the licensing courses and pass the test. For me in Colorado I had to take 168 hours which took me about 2-3 months. The courses are DRAINING so long hours each day is harder than it seems. I know some people that have finished in a month. And some people that finished in over a year. It is based on how motivated you are to finish.
