Alot of Yucaipa people are good people . Also they will protect there town. And stand up for each other,

I do have to agree that Yucaipa does seem like a pretty tight knit community. Sounds like live in Yucaipa?

There’s a new development called Chapman Heights. That’s the camouflage development that went into offset the meth heads on the other side of the boulevard that were born and raised here. There’s a big difference. I would not raise my kids there.

The city is broke to have a deficit and there’s nothing to do here and you have to leave town to spend your money.

Very true. I know you mentioned that on another video we did on Yucaipa. As I said on your other comment.. the limited amount of shopping and amenities are some of the reasons why I find some people love and others hate the city of Yucaipa.

Don't be fooled by the uptown revival in Yucaipa. That area is infested by transients and meth heads. And stay away from the lower Boulevard neighborhoods. That area has been the armpit of Yucaipa since I moved here in 1988. It's only gotten worse. Other than that Yucaipa is still a nice little town. North Bench is a good area.
